Aromatic spruce-like hops, beautiful color and unexpected sporting flavor!

Found this in a six pack for $3.99. How bomb is that!

Appearance : pours a hazy dark amber glow, mostly transparent about 70%. Head is fluffy white, leaves lacing and is about 2 fingers tall.

Aroma : white grape, raisin, orange muffin, biscuit malts, and a slight whiff of pine. Faint soap. A very candy-like aroma.

Taste : a rush of orange and malt, followed by a sharp piney hop note, ending slightly sharp but softening as it goes down. Some dark raisin is also in the mix. Lingering flavors are pine, orange skin (not peel, the white stuff), and raisin.

Mouthfeel : light bodied, extremely zippy, full of pop.

Overall : this is a nice drinking APA. I'd have it again, and I will since I have five others left ;-)

Coors light aftertaste kills this one for me.
