Several rotating taps, keg takeovers, great service and good location. Good selection for happy hour at a great happy hour price. Clean and fun environment.

It breaks my heart to come by this place, as I remember when this was considered a solid BBQ place, with one of the better food menus and wine lists in the city (back when it was Backstreet Bistro). Anyways, Wingman's is now a converted sports bar of sorts,, with an emphasis on wings and similar pub grub. The wings actually looked pretty good (sizeable and meaty), and for what it is, I think the food is probably pretty solid (can't say that for sure, as we didn't order anything). Atmosphere-wise, there are 3 TV's in the bar and small dining area, all turned to sporting events. There are a number of sports and brewery related poster and plaques on the wall, and this is absolutely a relaxed, low key place to hang out with a beer or three.

In terms of the beer selection, I think they had around 19 or 20 beers on tap, along with several ciders. Quality is all over the map, and at least today included everyone's favorite macro swill (bud lite and curs lite), along with a lot of 10 Barrel and other BMC owned craft labels. The better selections consisted of Fremont Sisters, a local lager from Burwood, and some sort of hazy IPA from Deschutes. To say the beer selection here is a bit weak would be an understatement. As for service, the bartender was pleasant and efficient. It was clear he wasn't exactly a fountain of information when it came to the various beers on tap, but he was quick with a drink and was friendly enough.

Shrug. As mentioned elsewhere, Walla Walla isn't exactly swimming with great beer options, so despite the less than spectacular line-up, I guess I could see myself coming here again. Some of the wing and fry concoction food items looked interesting, so maybe I'd come back for that. It looks like they usually have two or three decent IPA/DIPA options as well, and I appreciated the fact they had something on from Burwood. This isn't the worst place in town.
