Notes: Hazy, juicy, crushable and a great pairing with great wings! Brewed exclusively for Bar Bill North!

On tap at Bar Bill Tavern in East Aurora, NY.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like spicy hops, orange, mango, and grapefruit.

I'm not sure a super hazy NE-style IPA is exactly the right beer to pair with wings - something more bitter and resinous would probably be better move, but this is still pretty solid. There's lots of fruit character, a bit of chivey and piney hop bitterness, and no real malt character.

This is light bodied, creamy but crisp, with a decent enough drinkability.

While a think that an IPA made for a noted local wings place should probably be a West Coast IPA, I still enjoy this one.
