On tap at the brewery. A hazy golden yellow color with a medium white head. Nice lacing in the glass. The aroma was floral with berries, citrus, and resin. The taste followed nicely. Citrus up front followed by more Mosaic notes and a dank resin. Drank well for a DIPA. Recommended.

Canned 7/6/18; drank 7/18/18 @ the Yarchives.

Opaque dull orange appearance.

A rough pour yielded a huge off-white head; strong, frothy lace.

Tangy orange citrus, dry grass & faint cane sugar notes in the nose.

Medium mouthfeel.

Tangy orange citrus & faint cane sugar flavors; dry grass notes on the finish. Faint booze heat emerged as this warmed.

A bit dry/tangy, but overall flavorful & above average.

Thank you CanConPhilly for this
16 oz can poured into a teku

A- A murky orangish copper with a two finger white head.

S- Tropical fruits, mango, oranges, some pineapple, citrus, some herbal hops.

T- Orange juice, mango, some pineapple, citrus, a little dank.

M- Smooth, medium body, creamy.

O- This is great, right up there with some of the best hazy IPAs I've had and no sweetness or alcohol with being 8% ABV. Definitely worth seeking out.

Pours like a milkshake and definitely unfiltered. Nose and flavor is tropical fruit and bright citrus with a slightly chalky finish. Balanced, hoppy, and another killer from Civil Society. Trade for this

Other than the 1st Anniversary DIPA, this was my favorite beer I had at the brewery. This needs some fun dry hopping treatments for the 2nd anniversary!

Surprisingly clear brew; almost no head.

Tons of pineapple on the nose, along with mango and dank notes. Oranges and grapefruit pulp, as well.

Flavor follows: this is a very, very dank brew. There is actually a touch of grapefruit peel fighting through, and the brew is surprisingly bitter. Per the name, though: lots of juice. Mandarin orange and pineapple. Malt bill is completely secondary.

Fairly lively and drinkable. The massive dankness slowly gives way to fruitier flavors as you go. This is a beer that lives up to its name.

Had on tap at a special event. Appearance is a nice yellowish amber. Smell is of strong hops and citrus, inviting you to just pour this brew into your mouth. The taste is a nice hoppy IPA with fruity tones. For being a double IPA this drinks extremely smooth. Haven't had a Civil Society brew I haven't liked, looking forward to watching these guys grow.

Crowler in a wine glass. L: slightly hazy orange hue, medium head that didn't stick to glass. S: super pineapple with a slightly hot boozy nose feel. Mango and papaya present. T: pineapple with tropical melon, finished dry with very small resiny bitterness. F: viscous and heavy, slightly hot and boozy. O: a good one and done ipa for me before moving on to something lighter.

Quite nice but the bready and heavy feel in the middle was a detractor. Big citrus but I feel like bitterness and some water quality (more minerality? salts?) were needed to make the flavors pop. I imagine they'll fine tune and the beers will get better.

2/14/16 pour. This is a miss. Super sweet, dark, malty. This isn't juice. This is difficult to drink more than a couple of ounces. Don't dismiss this brewery though, their other beers are wonderful.

This beer is awesome. First I've tried from Civil Society. Very similar flavor profile to some Treehouse brews, which is a huge compliment. Citrus fruit flavors throughout. A must try if you have the opportunity.

Pours a clear, Amber hue from a Crowler canned today. Smell is fresh orange, pineapple, mango and lemon rind. Taste follows, great malt/hop balance. Sweet in a juicy kind of way.

An excellent IPA with a very good citrus aroma but not as good as its Lil' Juice smaller brother. The taste has some nice citrus notes with a smooth dare I say vanilla taste on the palette. I've had that same vanilla taste once before in an IPA and I can't figure out what hop has a vanilla flavor. This is on par with any IPA brewed in Florida and is no slouch when compared to the best east coast IPAs.

Had a glass at the brewery.

Smell: - smells of grapefruit and other citrus fruits

Look- hazy amber in color

Taste - wow, perhaps one of the finest DIPA's I've had and in Florida I would rate it as the best hoppy beer I've had brewed in state.

Had a 3 day old crowler out of a spiegelau
Smell: as soon as I popped it, I got huge juicy notes of papaya, mango, and peach
Look: hazy, very similar to those NE DIPAS
Taste: wow, one of the best IPA's I've had in florida, fruit skins followed by a smooth and very light bitterness
Feel: never thought to describe an IPA as a tad creamy but it is and it works very well

On tap at the brewery. Amber body. Smell is grapefruit and caramel malt. Smells sweet. Tastes of mostly caramel malt. Orange hops. Grapefruit. Heavy sugar presence. Medium heavy. Too sweet for me to really enjoy, but it's good. Much better than the first batch of this. Glad this brewery is working things out.

Appearance, nice yellow with a copper hue
Smell. Hops, pine, citrus
Mouthfeel, nice clean mouthfeel
Taste, citrus with a nice hop profile

Overall I really enjoined this. Crisp and clean. Florida hops done right.
