Keeper is our take on a newer class of IPAs that cuts back on brutal bitterness in favor of a deeper hoppiness, while still maintaining the bold aromatics loved by hopheads all around.

Served in a pint glass at the Union Brewhouse in Weymouth.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is an orange copper color with great clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Spotty lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Resiny pine, citrus, caramel, toasyed, and biscuity malts.
Taste: Nice resiny pine, citrus, spic6, and herbal hops followed by biscuity, toasted, and caramel malts. Light bitterness and chewy notes in there too.
Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation, crisp, refreshing, a little chewy, and a little bitterness.
Overall: First offering from these guys. I dig it a lot and look forward to more from these guys.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass; born on 8/15/22. Pours amber yellow with minimal head; decent lacing. Bitter hops taste but otherwise non descript.

Not as well-hopped as I usually like, but tasty nonetheless and very balanced. Better than other "light" pale ales I've had. No complaints.

Enjoyed this beer on Castle Island as the sun set. I was pleased to see its nice light golden color with its frothy head. The beer gave off a real herby smell and that smell translated into a herby taste. A little grassy, but you have to expect that when drinking an IPA. It's definitely carbonated, but not too much, just enough to make it a good beer with dinner. Overall, definitely a solid beer, but didn't blow my top off.
