TWO is an 11.4 abv champion Imperial Stout from the crew at Castle Island.
TWO is thick black gold in a can. It is everything you want an (Double) Imperial Stout to be. Body as black as night. puffy/aerated head (almost the color of new/clean cardboard).
Roasted malt and pine hops fill the nose with a touch of coffee and chocolate on the back end.
This beer should be drank in long slow gulps to be appreciated. It leaves a great taste on the tongue with just a hint of "alcohol" taste at the very end.
Another champion beer from Castle Island. Get it, try it before it retires likes it's cousin One. \m/ \m/

L - Pitch black color, ruby red edges, finger of off-white head
A - Big coffee notes, black licorice, tobacco, and leather
T - Dark fruits, cherries, plums, dates, dark chocolate, oak, tobacco, char. Good bitter bite at the end.
F - Thick with some viscosity. No alcohol.
O - Did a side-by-side with ONE, and this fresher vintage had flavors that popped better and this had the superior mouthfeel.

Picked up a single from the brewery, enjoyed on Christmas a few days later. Big ole stout in a tall boy - great combo.
Pours a thick, black liquid out of the can - large puffy cardboard-colored head grows until it fills a third of the glass. Real nice.
Aroma is big on roasted malt, char and piney hops. Undertones of roasted dark coffee grounds and bitter chocolate.
Taste is right there with a surprising amount of piney and bitter hop kick; just my style. Like Beelzebubās slightly-less-hoppy cousin.
Big-ass beer: thick, hefty and leaves a lasting roastiness on the palate. Alcohol warmth complements the feel and combats the cold.
