Very interesting. Right off the bat I get the chai tea spices and it is a welcomed reprieve from hop dominance. Spicy and very flavorful. Brown ale or maybe a light stout underneath. I feel as though dried tea has been imparted into this. Very nice. Complex and delicious

On tap at Sigler's in Tennessee.
Nice looking with a black body and a decent tan head. Nice lacing.
Sweet and spicy aroma.
Overly sweet up front but bitter-sweet aftertaste. Slightly smoky with some burnt toast. Very smooth medium body. Light carbonation. Strong chai flavoring.

Poured from 12 oz bottle into snifter.

A: Inky black with 2 finger tan head. Decent retention and moderate lacing.

S: Cream and chai spices dominate the nose. Faint hints of chocolate and roasted malts lingering.

T: Chai spices coming through in spades. Lactose sweetness balancing out the roasted malts.

M: Medium to full body with average carbonation.

O: Extremely well done. Very approachable spiced stout. If you are a fan of chai teas and stouts, this is for you.

Poured into a Wicked Weed snifter. No freshness date.

A- Pours a fully opaque black color with a 1/2 inch light brown head that retains well before becoming a thick ring around the edge of the glass and a large side patch of sheer surface foam. Resilient lacing leaves a broken ring behind.

S- Smell brings to mind clove, nutmeg and allspice.

T- Lots of fall spices in the front with a bit of sweetness mid-palate and has a nice roasty finish. Very drinkable and the spice doesn't get to be too overpowering. The roastiness along with the mild hop presence builds a complementary bitterness.

M- Slightly creamy with medium carbonation and a full body. Can feel the grains of the spices on the palate too.

O- Pretty good. Reminds me more of a pumpkin stout than a chai stout but is tasty all the same.

I created my BA account specifically to rate this incredible stout. I drank it in a small snifter as part of a flight. Pours black, thin brown head dissipates nearly immediately. Standard sweet stout smell pleasant chocolate, coffee with an additional but faint bit of spice. Taste and mouthfeel is where this stout shines: a near perfect sweet stout with the perfect balance of chai spices; chocolate, malt, sweet milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, maybe all spice. Mouthfeel is smooth and not at all sticky. An all round fantastic beer.

Pours a black brown around the edges when held to the light. Head is small even with aggressive pour lighter brown with minimal lace.

Aroma is dark venous fruit notes with cinnamon, nutmeg jump out from a smooth dark roasted base. Some chocolate or sweet lactose free floating sugars mingled with hints of coffee.

Taste is mostly spice cinnamon, nutmeg and peppery not sure what Chai spice is but just a tad warm more just spicy flavors. Good milk stout base to hold the spices. Personally I am enjoying this brew seems like a good choice for winter weather.seems thicker then 6% maybe it's because my bottle says ABV is 7.8%

Mouthfeel is solid approaching full carbonation middle of the road.

Overall I will be having this one again an enjoyable Milk Stout with just the right amount of kick.

This is a weird one but very drinkable ..

Almost reminds me of Indian food with the spice but its not so overpowering that its undrinkable..

Glad I tried it but wouldn't buy again.

Poured into a pint glass. Thick, black beer that looked viscous on the pour with a thin tan head that receded quickly into a thin cap. Prominent cinnamon, allspice, and cocoa aromas. The taste was cocoa up front, with roasted malt, coffee, and chai tea. Spicy but no heat. The chai was there but understated. More chocolate than tea for me. Full-bodied and slightly sweet with a lactose-stickiness. Very enjoyable.

Blackout dark, sweet, roasted with a cinnamon aftertaste. Smooth and rich on the tongue. Tasty, but the cinnamon isn't for me.

Pours like a bottle of coke, molasses brown bordering on black, cherry red on the corners in the light. A small flare of fizzy head disappears almost immediately to absolutely nothing.

Nose presents sweet spices of allspice and creamy milky tea. I mean it smells exactly like it claims: reminds me of long nights on Indian trains with the Chai vendors pushing up and down the aisles.

Flavour is a soft blend of chai spices and roasted malts.

Bitter finish with a light medium sticky body with sparkly carbonation.
This beer dose exactly what it sets out to do. It's a tasty stout that features a delicious blend of chai spices to emulate the milky tea nicely.
Glad to have grabbed this one when I was in Nash

No date that I can see.

A: Black pour with a very dense and thinly bubbled chocolate brown head. Incredible head retention and thickness as it sticks around forever. No real lacing, just little specks here and there.

S: Creamy tea. Definitely spiced, with what I can't really tell. Pepper and...ginger?

T: More of the same, tea is definitely more pronounced here. Very creamy, milky sweet flavor but with a spiced tea integrating with it. Definitely cinnamon and black pepper, maybe ginger again? Maybe even some cloves? Heavy spices linger through the finish and between sips.

M: Medium bodied, super creamy and smooth.

O: Nice chai milk stout. Super creamy and sweet and then heavy on the spices for a nice contrast.

Excellent example of using beer as a canvass for other flavors
