A: Body is pitch black with some brown tones, bringing up a 1 inch thick beige to roasted yellow head.
S: Aroma is light on coffee, chocolate tones, milky profile. Though it states that it has pasteis de nata - the portuguese egg tarts made with puff pastry dough, you won't be able to find it in the aroma.
T: The taste starts mildly sweet with a chocolate-y profile that is very light and connects with some lactose very well. The end of the sip finishes with a also mild bitter end which makes this brew very drinkable.
M: Body is medium to high. Alcohol is very noticeable and leaves a little burn in the throat which is not very pleasant but is bearable.
O: Very interesting Imperial Stout from Dois Corvos.
