Light yellow with a white head that don't last and little lacing. Not much of smell to this one, kinda faint greeny grass with a little bitter bite, goes down harsh and carby like with a heavyness to it,didn't quite care for this, novelty kinda can that don't take much to drink and get a buzz...more for the young crowd.

--came in a cool looking small thin can, much like Red Bull. No freshness date found.
--poured an average color, maybe slightly darker than a normal lager due to the alcohol content. A nice head that quickly left.

This was nothing more than a marketing tool used by Molson. The size is made to be consummed quickly, because before you know it, the can is empty. The good thing is that it doesn't last long enough to get warm! It is best drunk from the can, to achieve the novelty, but that's all it really is...a novelty. Not much special about the taste.
Thx

a friend had these in his fridge, so they were 'free'...

A: Pale yellow, thin looking with a tiny, fade fast head.

S: sweet with some metalic grains in there.

T: not good. tastes like wheat mixed with water that's been filtered through a bag of bolts.

M: surprisingly the high point for me, it was a bit thicker than i'd expected.

D: because it's small, it's gone fast.

Notes: there are plenty of better beers that are 6.0% for a similar price point that far surpass this beer and you get a 'full size' for the price, not some Red Bull can.

only purposes i feel this beer serves is for sneaking in to venues or going for a "i drank 24 beer in a night" goal for lightweights, which isn't impressive here anyway, as pounding through a 24 full size of 5.5% is fairly common place, hehe.

I do not have much to say about this beer. It's made for one purpose, to get hammered on. Taste, character, and flavor profile were not even thought of when this beer was created. I like regular 5.0% Molson Canadian and it's my lager of choice from the Canadian Macro Lager Category more often than not, however these cold shots don't hold a candle to it. Avoid unless you want to get hammered. -RB

Definitely not a beer for connoisseurs. Comes in four-packs of slim cans with the sole purpose being to chug them down and get trashed. Molson loves giving these things out, and around universities there's Cold Shot parties where people down these things by the gallon served as ice-cold as possible (ah, that genius marketing ploy pioneered by Coors Light - if the beer's freezing cold, no one can taste it!)

I doubt many people actually pour this beer to look at it, and few have the time to smell it - once the lid's cracked, the contents should be down your throat. Taste-wise, it's Canadian, with a hint of a nasty alcohol taste. Corn, cardboard on the tongue. Again, drinking it cold helps. Drinkability's fairly high when they're nice and cold, inflated by the small size of the cans making you feel like you're drinking more than you really are.

Ultimately, if you've got one then go ahead and guzzle it or shotgun it, these were made for one purpose and hopefully you'll achieve that purpose after a few cans.

Had these while at the Carnivale de Quebec. They rock being able to put a 6 pack in your jacket pockets for "walking around beer" But realistically, it's Molson Canadian jacked up a bit and slammed into a small can. If you are trying to get drunk then this is the ticket, if you are looking for a good beer to enjoy and drink responsibly, then try anything else.

k cold shots are good for getting juiced off of. Cause they go down quickly and smoothly. but they taste awful.
so if you dont care about taste and just wanna get drunk fast then by all means shoot these little 250 ml guys.I have to say i really like the can and aerodynamic design for sliding down your throat.
