Notes:
Brewed with flaked oats, wheat and barley....hopped with a simple amount of Warrior in the Whirlpool for a sum of 7 IBUS...and dry hopped with with an alarming amount of Citra and Mosaic. This beer is the most progressive IPA Structures has produced to date.

A The beer is very hazy to cloudy pale yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a narrow collar around the edge of the glass and lots of lacing down the sides.
S: Moderate aromas of lime and mango are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of citrus and hints of stone fruit. Only a slight amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is rather easy to drink considering its strength.

Undated 16oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured, as expected, a solidly murky orange color with 2/3 inch of white head that had good retention and lacing.
Lots of joosy, frooty hops in the aroma, with no real malt or grain.
Very similar on the tongue, with the addition of just a touch of bitterness at the very back of the palate.
The body was the typical light-medium of the style, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was fine, no issues with consuming the can.
Overall, a solid, perhaps even slightly above average, version of the style. If you like the Murk, you'll love this one.

According to the brewer, this was made with Flaked Oats, Wheat, and Barley and hopped with Warrior, then dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Somehow the IBUs are really low and you just taste this sparkling fruit juice flavor. Well, there's a nice bitterish aftertaste, but it's not like any IPA I've ever had.
Appearance is a little cloudy, pale golden amber. Huge perfumey aroma of mango and honeysuckle. The Mosaic gives a lovely candied orange peel taste but on the acidic side. And then the slight heat of the alcohol makes this taste like some kind of sharp but fruity cocktail. A total treat and if Structures can pull off beers like this they will be a major player in the Northwest. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tap.
