Deep gold to copper in color with no head and excellent carbonation. The aroma is of salt and orange zest. I taste an exceptional blend of orange zest and lactic acid. Very well balanced. The mouth is highly carbonated and crisp.

Pours a hazy golden color with a fizzy head that disappeared instantly. Smell is citrusy and sour. The taste follows the nose. Citrus upfront with a little bit of sourness that hits the tongue. The carbonation is done well for this type of beer. A very solid gose. I enjoy the orange flavor added to it.

750 mL bottle. The top of the bottle shattered upon opening, so to safely drink the bottle took some doing. Filtered through an unbleached coffee filter into a Pyrex measuring glass. As a result, there is no head. Smells of orange and wheat, but mostly orange. Tastes of orange. Orange peel and oil, like a muddled orange peel. Wheat and a little mineral flavor. Light with low carbonation, surely from the pouring process. Kinda nice, but not exceptional and it took a great deal of effort to try it.

Pours a very effervescent bronze with a sliver of fast-falling beige colored head. No head retention or lacing

S: Lemon sweet tart, not much else

T: Orange & lemon sweet tarts, a little salt up front. Tartness, lemon & orange peels as this warms & saltyness. Finishes a little salty, citrusy, tart & a little dry

MF: Light/medium body, slight carbonation, dryness

Pretty darn drinkable, they did real good on this style!

Hazed orange body, becomes completely opaque with the yeast addition.
Thin foam layer, spotty lace.

Aroma is juicy and tart, full of fresh orange zest and crisp acidity.
Taste packs a puckering sour punch and juicy orange flavor, sort of like a sour mimosa. Light to medium bodied and somewhat yeasty. Crisp and clean with a mild salinity and nicely dry finish.

Great first impression from these guys, and I'm eager to drink it again. Looking forward to trying the rest of their lineup.
