I visited Beardslee Public House today and I am sure I'll be returning. It's quite close to my house, but only showed up on my radar after they had some good offerings at Washington Cask Fest last week. I am glad to say the beer at the brewery itself is also quite good.

The facility is quite new and quite large; one might mistake it for one of those chain brewery-restaurant type places. They had 12 house beers on tap, plus a guest cider and a small but interesting selection of bottles (Duvel, Lindemans, that sort of thing). The service is good, but I was sitting at the bar so that's not surprising. I didn't try their food, but that's on the list for next time I visit.

Visited on Saturday for lunch with my wife and kids.

This is more of a "RAM" style place -- it's a full on restaurant and bar and absolutely family friendly, kids' menus and crayons and all. I would be surprised if they didn't have high chairs. Mixed drinks, wine, and alcohol available. They also distill their own liquors.

We had fish & chips and poutine. My son had a pizza. All the food was good, but not flashy.

They had a surprisingly good variety of beer styles. I had a Vienna lager and an ESB that were good but not great, my wife had a tripel and a wit that were also good but not great.

Service was at the table, was friendly and reasonably attentive.

My kids liked it, too. We'll go back again, I'm sure.

A very nice place in the redeveloped downtown Bothell area. Very modern and classy interior with ample interior and exterior seating. Not much entertainment offered except widescreen television.

12 taps with a large assortment of B/B+ caliber brews... a lot of their regular offerings and rotating seasonals. Prices are on the higher end considering the other breweries in the area. They also have a nice selection of mixed drinks on their menu. Service is pretty friendly and knowledgeable on their offerings, food is a solid assortment of standard gastropub fare, rather over priced though.

A nice enough place to knock back a few and grab some grub, pretty convenient for me too as they're just a few miles up the road, but prices would tend to keep me from frequenting them. Recommended if you find yourself in the Bothell/Woodinville area.

In a changing and upgrading area of Bothell this is an interesting and welcome addition to the area. Brewery on-site with about 10 offering of their own, at least when I visited, that range from IPA and ESB to Wit and Dubbel. Beers are 3.5-4 but they are just starting up so they should improve as they dial things in. Food was tremendous and really really good. Is a "from scratch" place, as it is billed, and you can tell its a place that at least takes time to make good grub. Have a stop for lunch or dinner when going through or exploring someplace new in the area for sure and grab a tasting tray of beer too.
