Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours deep red with a small white head. Smells of caramelized grain. Tastes of thin caramelized grain, very watery. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, but watery. Overall, an average beer.

Pours a golden orange with a small head. The head and lacing goes away quickly. Smell is a small basic hops and malt. Taste is that generic hops and malt taste. Mouthfeel is light for an amber. Overall, not bad, not great. Average to me.

A: Not the worst look; pretty standard, in fact. Pale orange, fairly bright, with a nearly white head that is average in both retention and what remains on the glass.
S: A little sweetness with some citrus notes precedes dry breads / toast.
T: Similar, maybe slightly more peppery with very light bitterness espoused in orange rind and faint leaf. Malts are dry, but something sweet lingers underneath.
M: This one lacks crispness and movement, sitting blandly on the palate for the most part. The body doesn't fall off completely, but it doesn't have a lot to begin with.

From a variety pack from a tour of the Minhas Brewery.
Poured into shaker pint glass. Slightly cloudy glowing golden orange, dark honey color with a single finger off-white head that fades quickly into a few-mm thick cap of foam.
Smell is that good old Minhas bouquet of corn and sickly sweetness, although there is an encouraging smell of yeast (nice to be able to detect an actual beer ingredient). No hops to be found.
Taste...isn't horrible. It's the best Minhas brew so far, although that's not saying much. There is some actual beer flavor, although it's still mostly muscled out by that sickly sweet corn-water flavor.
Mouthfeel is relatively thin, but has a bit of body.
Overall, this isn't awful. It's not good though. Might be able to finish this one.
