Pretty decent store, definitely make sure you're checking dates. There was nothing abysmal, but there were a few beers out of date by a few months.

I think I spent the least money here but they had a couple Perennial beers that Mike's and Lukas did not. Definitely check all three out if you want to round out your trip in KCMO because they all have something different. This one was my least favorite but was heavy on Evil Twin and 4 Hands. Mike's had the best Pipeworks and Perennial. Lukas had the best singles selection and variety of cheaper local 6 packs. Like I said, hit them all.

Phenomenal store, lots of beers I never thought I'd see on the shelves. The service was great and everyone was friendly. This will be the only store I stop at next time I make the trip to kc, even if it's out of the way make it work.

Bright and shiny newer store, pretty clean and well lit inside. Walking in I was greeted, and offered help when I had some beer questions. Thomas was the beer guy and was very helpful. I recognized him from somewhere, and it clicked when he mentioned he works at Torn Label too. He pointed out a few local things and offered some stuff that had just arrived.

There was a nice reach in cooler with a strong handpicked selection, and two islands of shelves for US craft and assorted imports. Some nice glassware too from JP, Grimm, and Prairie. Found some Pretty Things bombers, last chance on those. Full JP lineup, lots of Prairie, Crooked Stave, 2nd Shift. Second time in, picked up some American Solera and Crane.

Overall a strong selection, it's smaller that Lukas, but they get a few nice things you can't find in KS.

Vibe: Pretty cool vibe. It's nice and open. It feels a bit refreshing. The place is lit mostly by natural light during the day, with some dark interior walls taming the light.

Quality: Phenominal. I was surprised to find what I found on the shelves. I was told the beer selection is hand selected by the inventory manager. It must be true. He has fantastic tastes.

Service: Two workers spent quite a while with me talking about beers, breweries, and some other varieties that I had only read about, but not tasted. They also did so without be actively flagging them down and asking a bunch of questions. All of the employees were laughing and smiling. I was very pleased with the service I received here.

Selection: A+. The imports and domestic brewed beers are kept separate, with a flanking wall of reach-in coolers, and a back section of open, chilled shelves with bombers of all sorts. I went in with the intention of finding a few rarer beers, and walked out with all of them and several others. I would return for their selection alone.
