Appearance: pours a frothy eggshell head which recedes slowly with significant lacing. Color is a clear deep gold with moderate streaming carbonation.
Aroma: pleasant aroma of floral hops, yeasty bread, and some lightly roasted malt sweetness Mouthfeel: fairly light and crisp with a pleasingly dry finish.
Flavor: near perfect combination of bready malt, some nice sweetness to balance the floral and bittering hops.
Overall: an absolutely delicious beer. Smells and taste great. A pleasure to drink. Will definitely be trying this one again.

A: translucent apple juice color, more toward straw in the light; full eggshell head, quickly recedes to surface film
S: malt, paper, corn
T: per the nose, malt, paper, corn, maybe rice, lightly sweet;
M: light-medium-bodied, carbonated, slightly oily; dryish aftertaste
O: The carbonation makes it feel fresher than some of its peers, but it it's still just "not bad."

Tasted On: 02-22-2014
Freshness: Best by 09-20-2014
Packaging: 330ml green bottle, pry-cap
Glassware: Pilsner glass
Purchased: 6-pack from World Market

Pours clear, with a golden color and a good head of white foam. Shows good lacing and head retention. The aromas feature hay and grassy hop notes, plus some lemon and a light breadiness.

The taste has a low bitterness and also a slight sweetness to balance. Hop flavors are spicy and seem to match the typical Noble/Pilsner hop flavors. Light bodied, the beer is moderately carbonated and was refreshing with a finish of spicy hops.

Nothing spectacular here but a good, solid old world pilsner.
