July 2015: 500 ml can, as Braník Svetlý, bought at a petrol station near Prague. ABV is 4.1%. Clear pale golden colour, large white head. Sweetish pilsener aroma, some floral notes. The flavour is medium sweet, with moderate hops in the finish. No piece of genius, but drinkable enough.

This beer is really popular among the people in Czechia who want to just have a beer for “good price”. This beer is among the cheapest in Czechia, but isn’t really the worst of them. As the company itself admitted in their slogan: “It’s only the taste that is expensive on our beer!”

- this slogan didn’t exactly interest me personally, but it works for a lot of Czech people. Tastes a bit weak for me and doesn’t have the right feel. It feels like a cheap beer for me as the company itself says and builds marketing strategy on that.

Not worst beer, but definitely not the one I would buy to enjoy beer.

Bought at a Supermarket in Olomouc (Moravia, Czech Republic). Half liter can poured into a glass.

-Pale yellow color. Big foam head.
-Herbal smell.
-Usual Czech pilsener taste. Very bitter
-Not a lot of aftertaste.

Usual Czech beer.

Found it here in Serbia, bottle 0.5 l

i didn't expect something special from this beer. This one is made in Apatinska brewery under contract, and it's pretty cheap. Pale, almost no foam, very EPL. On the taste also expected EPL aroma. Price = quality.
Maybe Branik from Staropramen is better, but this one is usual cheap lager.

This was an easy drinking Czech lager from a 500 ml can.

It ours pure gold with a thin white head.

It has a floral & grainy nose.

The taste is semi-sweet with cracker and subdued spice notes.

The mouth is pretty standard for type of beer, medium with good carbonation.
This was a very fresh can and I enjoyed it.
