Brewery and taproom located in an industrial park setting. Fairly straight forward building, a large rectangle, and the space inside is similar. Lots of picnic type tables. Decent array of beers and good service. Nothing fancy.

Huge place! Their taproom isn't the biggest but, they have a big gift shop area and more benches to sit on and they also had pool tables, ping pong tables, and a fosball table. The bartender was efficient with a big smile on his face and seemed very friendly. They had 12 beers on tap including Marzen, Brown ale, Oatmeal Stout, Lager, Blonde, IPA, and a wheat. Their beer wasn't great like none of their beers hit the mark. Probably not going to re-visit. Overall their beer needs work.

Located in a fairly unassuming industrial area on the south side of Syracuse, I had to travel around the block to find the right address. The facility has a gray, very modern looking "blocky" feel on the outside with a small sign (as pictured). Hours lean toward the evening weekdays earlier on weekends.

Walking into the establishment, much of the space is dedicated to production and frankly a bit cluttered/disorganized, but immediately to the right is a "Tap Room," which is unassuming and laid out to allow mainly for tastings and purchases. The gent behind the bar was welcoming, knowledgable, and took time to familiarize me with the selection. He walked me through the menu of beer offerings, gave me a tasting, and prepared a couple of Crowlers based on what I enjoyed (Jim and Rugged).

There were 8 brews available on tap, one in bottles -- the newly released Yozakura (a cherry and plum Belgian Quad made in cooperation with Stout Beard Brewing Company). I have not tried the latter as yet, but did purchase some to try at home. Tap brews are only available for purchase at the bar, as well as in crowlers, 32 oz and 64 oz growlers; there are no prepackaged cans or bottles (except for Yozakura).

Not really designed for a night out, but for a beer afficiando in the area certainly worth a trip.

brand new brewery in syracuse, which seems to really have a burgeoning scene. i love the concept and vibe here. its a warehouse type space, formerly a showroom and warehouse for some sort of door and window company i think, but it looks relatively new. in the front, there is a sort fo glassed in area, probably used to be offices. they have made this a small bar with some high top tables, and behind this glassed area is a long beer hall set up with picnic tables and old church pews. really neat layout. the brew house is small, and off to the side, i think they are planning a patio for next summer as well. two young friends running the show, one brewing the other in the taproom. apparently they both have full time jobs, so they do this mostly on the weekends, at least for now. definitely cost efficient on the brew equipment, but probably had some private funds for the space and build out. the beer itself is pretty solid for how new they are. three india pale ale types on, all tasty, and some quality darker stuff. i think they are still honing in recipes and techniques, but the product so far is quite good. really nice folks too, super friendly to us, welcoming, and the space is bright and clean. they should do well, and i wish them all the best. neat to see these popping up in a place formerly devoid of micro craft like this. definitely a fun spot to check out, open weekends only for now.
