Vibe - on the west end of the Pueblo River Walk, which is actually pretty cool, however, I’m not sure how it’s going to last, as Pueblo isn’t exactly hopping. Anyhow, a cool lower level patio and lower level dining area, bar and bakery/espresso bar and what appeared to be a sweet upstairs and upper level patio area, but it was closed.
Quality - tried the IPA and Tripel and really like both, though they were over priced.
Service - beer tender/waitress was friendly and did a decent job covering two responsibilities (although it wasn’t busy); got drinks out timely. Food was great, but man did it take a long time.
Selection- Had 6-8 home brews and 6-8 guest taps ranging from local stuff in CO to standard Ballast Point and Stone
Overall - the location near Mile High is great, just don’t expect the highest quality beers.
Food - a bit on the pricey side, but the quality of food was definitely worth it; nothing spectacular, but the BBQ was very good quality!

V-Brues is located near downtown Pueblo on the Riverwalk. The space is pretty large, but strangely shaped. There are multiple rooms, including a large concert area and a coffee-shop-type bakery/coffee bar. Weird. The numerous TVs gave it a bit of sports bar feel. The patio on the Riverwalk is pretty nice though. I visited for lunch and the large bar was empty but the tables were more full.

Q-I tried two Brues beers and both were decent, but nothing I would search out or write home about. The Marzen was a tasty and drinkable lager and the IPA was average in flavor but well-built.

Ser-The staff was friendly and helpful with my beer selection. My beers and food arrived promptly and pours were properly done in appropriate glassware. Nice.

Sel-Brues had seven house beers on tap when I visited (they had an eighth beer on the board, but it was scratched out). From the look of their handles and massive tap set-up, it looks like they have few guest taps, but I did not see them listed anywhere. Styles were standard brewpub fare, ranging from blonde to IPA to amber to stout. Nothing unusual.

F-I had a sandwich, which was nothing creative, but above-average for brewpub food. The bread was especially tasty. The menu leans heavy on the burgers.

O-I like the low-key vibe and good service I received at Brues, and the food was decent. The beers were good, but they weren't anything to fuss over, which fit the vibe of the place. Would definitely come back here.
