A: Copper-bronze with an off-white head, light retention & lace.
S: A sweet aroma of marmalade and sponge toffee.
T: Grapefruit rind with a bit of pine, biscuity malt with a hint of sponge toffee, balanced light fruityness and a slight hint of diacetyl.
M: Light to moderate body, modest carbonation, fairly smooth.
D/O: A decent drinker. It doesn't have the amount of hop flavour that their pales do, but it's a nicely balanced brew. It actually seemed lighter than 5.8%.

Bottle: Poured a lightly hazy amber color with a medium off-white foamy head with average retention and not much lacing. Aroma of grainy malt and light citrus hops is OK. Taste is dominated by grainy dry malt notes with some bitter citrus notes. Body is quiet full for style with average carbonation. Too dry and not enough hops - average at best.

Apperance: light amber color, big chunky head, medium retention, leaves full lace coverage that sticks to the side of class
smell: big citrusy hop aroma, moderate toasty malt, floral.
taste: Assertive hoppyness, citrus, moderatly malty. hops are dominate but allow maltyness to come thru
mouthfeel: smooth, dry, lightly carbonated, pleasingly bitter, slightly puckering.
drinkability: a hoppy good brew, tasty, well ballanced, refreshing. a nice after work pick-me-up. (after a couple of these after work i would have to call my wife to pick me up)
cheers

650ml bottle poured in a pint glass.
Clear, red-orange amber colour. Off-white to light beige head is 1/2 inch on the pour. Recedes to a splotchy thin cap with a variety of big and small sized bubbles. Some sporadic lacing.
Aroma is pretty mild. Light hops and a mild bready malt that gives it an almost dusty quality.
The taste on the other hand is exactly the opposite. Hop and malt together at the start, mostly bitter, but with a hint of sweetness. Quickly changes to a solid bitterness. Persistent, but not overbearing. Finish is hop bitter, a bit piney and a bit floral. Aftertaste is surprisingly mild, but pine and floral hops none the less.
Medium bodied and mildly carbonated. The hop bite gives it a nice crisp and clean feel.
This brew really surprised me. (I was a little intimidated by the whole ESB thing. I thought that the bitterness would overwhelm or be too much for me. Perhaps in the past half year that I've been expanding my taste buds I've come to now handle the bitterness better.) The best attribute of this beer is it's balance. The malt sweetness just cuts the hop bite enough to keep it restrained without tempering it away. Another winner from Bushwakker.

Orange in colour with minimal carbonation and a malty aroma. Malty flavors dominate as well, with hints of orange, a bit of spicey hops, and a restrained bitterness. It could have used a bit more fruit flavor and a bit more bitterness, but thats just my taste. Well balanced.

Served on tap with lunch at the brewpub, presented in Bushwakker pint glass. A clear amber-orange color, with a small white head. Foam shrinks away to a thin covering, no lacing left on the glass. Nice aroma of bitter hops and bready malt. The bitterness is in the flavor, but not overdone, very well balanced with malty sweetness - A very nice blend. Full body with bite that cleanses the palate, and leaves floral hop aftertaste.
