With heavy grapefruit, citrus and resin in the nose, this light colored ale has minimal malt interference, giving the beer a clean finish without a cloying bitterness. Pronounced grapefruit and pine flavors with a faint verdant note.

Nice pale ale. Enjoyed the citrus aroma and sweet malt. Poured a nice straw color with a good head. The taste is slightly earthy with grapefruit hints. Nice crisp dry finish with a lasting lemon zest. Medium bodied with a nice amount of carbonation.

There is nothing fancy about this georgetwon beer, but also there is nothing wrong with it, its a pale ale with no weird add ons. Also its always cheaper than the average pale ale. Georgetown beers = kirlkand,

I am trying a pint of this beer off the tapper at Leavenworth Pizza Company in Leavenworth, WA. It poured a hazy golden with thin white ring head that is leaving some lace. The scent had bright citrus fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright sweet malt base with subtle tropical citrus fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

From City Brew Tours, canned September 4th 2023.

It pours a pale gold with a finger of foam, long lasting, plenty of lacing.

The smell is pine, grapefruit, mild hint of tropical fruit, toasted malt.

The taste is pine and grapefruit, kind of bitter, toasted malt, long lasting finish and on the dry side. No sign of any balance.

Medium bodied, carbonation is fine.

Good APA but 1 can is enough for me.

And we’re back to woemad’s second BIF box he sent me. I’m about halfway through this one and it’s been good so far. This one is really simple, just a standard, run of the mill American Pale Ale, one from a brewery I know nothing about. Let’s crack it open and see what it has to offer

Pours a hazy orange gold with 2 fingers of soapy white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing

The nose is bright and dank but also feels light. I’m picking up on aromas of pithy grapefruit, crackery malt, lemon zest, peppery hops, pine, dank weed, and light straw

It retains most of the same characteristics in taste, but feels a tad more grain driven. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting orange zest, bready malt, pithy grapefruit, peppery hops, pine, cereal grain, and light lemon zest. The swallow brings notes of crackery malt, white pepper, pithy grapefruit, earthy hops, lemon zest, cereal grain, light honey, and pine

A medium body pairs with moderate carbonation, resulting in a crisp beer. Finishes bone dry with a firm bitterness

Surprising nobody, woemad sent me another winner with this one. Good stuff

Slight haze on the amber brew with fine-grained foam in the Timmermans goblet. Pleasant aroma of grapefruit and cereal. Quite spritzy with pillowy carbonation. Biscuity taste with the citrus finish. Clean and not overly hopped up. Rather tangy and, after a slight malty start, finishes lemony and dry. Overall it's a highly drinkable and pleasant brew in the classic American tradition. From the 12 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station. Dated 03/01/2023.

Pours a gorgeous hazy (not NEIPA hazy) golden color with a soapy white head. Gorgeous APA. When you pop the top on this, you’re immediately struck by dank citrus notes of ripe oranges and grapefruit rind, and a smidge of pine. Citra hops indeed.

That ripe orange and grapefruit rind flavor is forward on the taste and defy it bashful - this beer let’s the Citra hops strut. There’s also a bit of pine for a nice bitterness at the back of the palate, which works well, but no discernible malt, which would’ve elevated this close to world class, IMHO

That and a bit firmer mouthfeel, but I’m picking nits here, because if I have ready access tot this beer, it would always be in my beer fridge.

Look- Pale gold, moderately hazy, visible tiny particulate, white sudsy head, average head retention and lacing.

Smell- Pine resin, grapefruit, orange.

Taste- Grapefruit, pine resin, orange.

Feel- Medium body, clean finish, mouth watering, below average carbonation, mild bitterness, creamy, mild astringency.

Overall- A really good pale ale. More flavor than I expected with very nice look and feel.

Pours a cloudy, but not truly opaque orange color. Nice thick, sudsy white head forms on the beer. Head lingers before collapsing leaving a ring of foam on the beer.

Aroma has notes of citrus, orange, grapefruit - pithy and rindy - with a mild piney aroma.

Taste follows the nose with notes of orange, grapefruit, pine and a bit of pineapple. Light dried grass and pine come through on the back end with the hops. Mild bitterness.

Feel is moderately bodied, smooth, lively carbonation.

Overall a really nice pale ale.

Poured from a can at fridge temp. Pours a gorgeous opaque orange with a small amount of white head. Enticing. Tropical fruit dominates the nose. Papaya, mango, and pineapple. A bit of citrus peel, honey, and banana. Very nice.

The taste is super smooth. Arrival is a mixture of sweet and bitter. Pine and mango collide. Pineapple, wheat, grass, and a touch of caramel. A slight leather note. Very nice, indeed.

Mouthfeel is fairly light. Overall, a fantastic pale ale.

Poured a honey amber color, more unfiltered than hazy translucent looking and was crowned with a light beige head.
The aroma for me was mind, but that's the norm. I did get pleasant malts and a tiny bit of citrus.
The taste - the citrus flavors lead the parade, but the very balanced malts make their presence known in a supporting role. Just really tasty and seemed to get better as I drank it.
The feel was very good for the style, absolutely no issues there.
OA, very glad I got to try this and really makes me want to try some local pale ales to see if I can find another to like as much.

Pours a cloudy pale with a little hint of orange color. The head settles slowly and leaves little tiny clouds of lacing than diminish in size as quantity the lower the beer gets.

Aroma is floral tropical and clementine like citrus, slight sweet smell too.

Tastes is like the nose but less intense. Nice light but present malt and gentle citrus flavor. The tropical smell is present in tastes too just a lot less than I thought it would be and I welcome it.

Light to medium body, soft mouthfeel, gentle little bit of bitterness, dry finish.
