Appearance – This one poured a light yellow in color and very clear and sported a beautiful white head.

Smell – The light grain here is a bit harsh. There are some grassy hops along with a harsh sweetness that reminded me of Gummi Bears.

Taste – The grain here could gag a maggot. It was rough and very harsh on the palate. It was more like an Adjunct Lager than a Czech Pils.

Mouthfeel – This one is a bit bigger than light-bodied and very fizzy. The carbonation was more like a soda than a beer.

Sinkability – This one was way off track from the style and ended up in the pipes.

Poured into a pilsner glass. Pours a medium golden amber with a one finger white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of biscuit malt, grassy hops and lemon. Flavor is grainy biscuit malt, lemon, light grassy hops with a slightly tart finish with residual husky malt. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A nice pilsner with authentic grainy biscuit malt and appropriate grassy hops. The lemon flavor is a little forward in this one, perhaps due to American rather than continental hops. Easy drinking and pleasant as expected from Georgetown.

Appearance: clear golden yellow in color with a short 1/2" head that falls quickly. No lacing develops.

Smell: barely a hint of grass. Nothing else.

Taste: very simplistic beer here. A little more malt sweetness than expected, with some grass tones, very little bitterness, and a touch of lemon zest. Mildly refreshing, but slightly dull too.

Mouthfeel: light crispness throughout. Clean finish. Light in body.

Drinkability: you can throw these down like a glass of water, but the flavor profile is pretty weak. Try at your own risk.

I had a pint of this at Virginia Inn near the Pike Place Market.

This beer is gold with a slight chill haze. It has a dense white head & great lacing.

The aroma is of fresh grass, pepper and some soft floral notes.

The taste is slightly spicy with a bit of bitterness. It turns a bit metallic after the first sip. It is kind of like when you put a penny in your mouth when you were a kid.

The beer is a trifle thin. That, along with the metallic taste make this just an average drinker.

Can from ABV.

A clear light orange with a dense, off-white head that falls off to a ring rapidly. The nose is a blend of dough and dull, grassy hops, along with a touch of lemony and earthy brightness . The palate opens mildly bitter and a touch watery, with eath, grass and dough. A little caramel is present on the mid-palate. Drying, bitter on the finish, this beer is medium-light in body and quite refreshing. Solid.
