Notes: This special batch of Glow was exclusively double dry hopped with over 5 lb per barrel of Citra, for a beer bursting at the seams with aromas of tropical mango, lemonade, and bright citrus.

A: The beer is very hazy to cloudy yellow in color and has some slight hints of brownish hues. It poured with a half finger high white head that left some specks of bubbles on the surface, a narrow collar around the edge, and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime and lychee are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has strong flavors of lychee along with notes of lime and hints of gooseberry. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and rather juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England-style IPA does a very good job at showcasing the aromas and flavors of the Citra hops.

Must be a new batch. Cannned on May 26th of '20. Light colored, thin head even with an aggressive pour. Pleasant citra nose, clean with a floral background. A rather dry taste, hops are restrained but very dominant. Very smooth and refreshing, not heavy and not a murk-bomb. Good balance and long after-taste of key lime, edible flowers and fresh bread. Remarkably good.

First time trying Trapdoor. Blown away with this. Very solid NEIPA. Reminiscent to Heist’s Citraquench’l. Citra juice bomb! Hats off, fellas.

Canned 5/13/19. Consumed 5/25/19. Fresh but not “green”. Very little to no grassy, vegetal vibes. Quick massive dry hop, I assume. And the body on this is chewy, full. Cheers!
