While they don't brew their own, they have plenty of other craft beers to offer. Nice place with a decent sized outdoor garden just north of Templehof airport, the Mädel offers twenty taps, five of which appear to be reserved for the quite respectable Ratsherrn craft brewery in Hamburg. The other 15 taps are an interesting mix of German and international craft offerings, including IPAs, Porters, Dopplbocks and Stouts. I didn't see a large brewery represented at all. Limited food menu, but not a bad lunch option in a town that doesn't offer many beery lunch opportunities. Traditional German feel, with lots of wood and beer decor. Waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable, and really seemed to enjoy talking to someone who understood what they were saying about craft beers. Definitely worth visiting.

Tried going here twice. The vibe / decor of the place inside is quite nice. Beer selection is okay... mostly 'big' brands from Belgium and Germany. However, service was super slow relative to local standards. Took 30-45 mins to get menu, place beer order, and get beer. When beer was delivered,on multiple occasions the glassware was not clean. It seemed to have some sort of blue substance on and in the glasses, perhaps rinse agent? Definitely affected taste of the beer. I would not recommend this restaurant/bar.
