A fruit flavored beer for the non fruit flavored beer fan. Small brewery in South Carolina this beer is made with local South Carolina peaches (South Carolina actually produces more peaches than Georgia). Wheat style beer with a slight peach aroma. Peach only comes through in the aftertaste. Very refreshing especially in warm weather. Well worth a try, started as a seasonal but due to its popularity it is now brewed year round.

12 oz bottle poured into a Savor snifter.

Pours a cloud orange color with a full finger of sticky foam that recedes slowly. Aroma is bangin' - a nice sweet peach smell that doesn't smell artificial. Flavor is quite sweet with a vanilla like sweetness as well as peach. Smells better than it tastes, unfortunately. I feel this is a little too heavy bodied - needs to be dried out a little more.

I really do enjoy the peach flavor a lot. Too much sweetness keeps it as a good, but not great beer.

New to fruit based beers, this one delivers what it says in its name, while not overwhelming me with sweet flavor or too much peach. Its flavor is right on and has become a staple. It doesn't hurt that I live 15 minutes from the brewery either.

This beer is not working for me. The problem may be that this is a summer beer but it is January.

L: Pours a hazy peach color producing a ½” off white foam cap that rapidly dissipates.

S: Has big peach aromas supported by light biscuit.

T: It’s peach pie in a glass and very well done. The peach flavors are lightly sweetened with light honey caramel over a trace of pie crust. The peach and malt flavors are moderately high, the hop flavors and bitterness are low but the results are well balanced with nothing cloying or overstated.

F: Medium to medium full body, medium carbonation.

O: RJ Rocker does a pretty good job puling this one off.

Had this on tap at Tupelo Honey in Myrtle Beach. Really good beer. Refreshing taste from this golden ale with the smell of peaches. I was most surprised at the peach taste as it wasn't overwhelming at all (like u may think). The peach compliments the beer perfectly. Would definitely purchase again.
