L: Pours a cloudy orange with a thin foam head that dissipates fairly quickly.

S: Tropical fruits, citrus and hops.

T: Exactly how it smells, juicy light hop, tropical fruits, citrus.

F: Extremely smooth and very clean. Very nice body.

O: I love this beer. It reminds me of Treehouse or Trillium IPA's. It is extremely well done and extremely easy to drink.

On tap at Das Biergarten. Hazy orange. Smells of garlic, citrus, and a hint of tropical fruit. Garlic flavor is very pungent. Grapefruit. More garlic. Spicy finish with a bit of grainy malt. Medium body. I like Mosaic, but this is a little much for me to want to drink much of.

Now I get it! (the east coast IPA phenomenon). This is by far my favorite example of the genre so far (I had a couple from hf, a couple treehouse (incl. KJ), a few of Dave Watkins's, and narrow gauge oshe?, sub citra, and OJ run. While those were all good beers, what makes this one truly great is that it's less ugly (and shouldn't everything be?), has more hop bite to it, and has that great herb quality from first whiff through the finish. Well done!!!!

Thanks for sharing Steve!
Hazy orange, thin skim and spotty lace.
Papaya aroma, somewhat resiny, light bubblegum.
Citrusy mix of grapefruit, tangerine, and orange.
Resiny, earthy aftertaste. Really good overall.

L: very cloudy peach color, with a white head. Looks amazing!
S: huge citrus, with sweet hops
T: the citrus really pops, good sweetness, hop flavor without the bitterness. Awesome!
F: smooth, well carbonated, really thick for an ipa.
O: the best ipa narrow gauge makes...better than oj run imo

1 pint can
Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass

This beer pours a murky, dull, grayish orange color. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves very little lacing.

The smell is grapefruit and tropical fruit.

It starts out with tropical fruit but gets a big grapefruit kick in the middle which lasts into the finish.

Medium to full mouthfeel

It is a tasty, easy drinking IPA with a focus on grapefruit.
