Pours a deep hazy orange.....looks like peach juice. Smell is packed with citrus and stonefruit.....apricot, peach, pear, orange, with a hint of lemon. Taste is a complete juice bomb. I typically do not like fruit in my ipa's, but the apricot does not overpower and adds a touch of complexity to the original beer. Feel is heavy for an ipa....almost on the thick side. Carbonation is moderately low. Overall, another excellent beer from narrow gauge and a great variant of fallen flag.

Pours a completely opaque and hazy orange/apricot color. Thinnish white head dissipates leaving plenty of white lacing but no residual head.

Smell has a strong aroma of apricot, some citrus notes, grass and a slight sweetness on the nose.

Taste has notes of citrus, orange, mango, peach and apricot. Some sweetness I suspect from the apricots. Apricot flavor becomes more pronounced as you drink the beer. Definite bitterness on the finish that lingers.

Feel is great except for a bit of heaviness added by the sweetness from the apricots. It's hard to explain but these beers are so dialed in that the addition of the apricots made it almost too full in the mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Very smooth.

Overall this is not their best offering, but I think the beer itself is good enough that the addition of apricots actually ends up being subtraction by addition. Still it's a very good beer.
