Brewed with a unique blend of hops for a complex IPA. For those of us wishing for a great West Coast style IPA, Jambi is the genie you're looking for. Hopped up with a ton of Simcoe, Amarillo, Mosaic and Citra, this beer is aggressive but balanced. Great with food or on a summer day in the Playhouse.
Hops: Amarillo, Cascade, Simcoe, Mosaic, Centennial, Idaho 7, Nugget
Grain: 2-Row, Vienna, Caramalt, Acidulated Malt, Dextrin Malt
Aroma: Lemon, Grapefruit & Navel Orange (Citrus) + Pine
Taste: Dry finish with an aggressive hop presence.
IBUs: 60

Can dated 3/16/17. This is a pretty nice, fairly straightforward IPA. Lots of green, grassy notes, with a light cracker backbone and some kiwi and lime. Could easily pass for a member of the Luponic Distortion series. Doesn't do much to distinguish itself from the crowd, but I could see picking up another sixer at some point if the mood struck.

16oz can with no visible dating. Opened 5-15-20...payday.
1 finger white head, short retention but holds as a solid cap. Clean and clear, bright golden IPA. No lacing.
Classic grapefruit, orange, lime, faint pine on a lightly caramel and bready base.
Bright orange, pine and floral hop flavors. Very classic west coast IPA flavors. Could use a little more heft, almost down in APA territory.
Light and bright body, medium-high carbonation. Medium length and piney bitter, dry finish.
Easy drinking, clean and bright.
Good.
