Brief Review:
O: Shout out to SadMachine for sending this as an extra! Never had anything from White Elm, let alone Nebraska before. Really nice BA Mexican Hot Chocolate-style stout here. Chilis more pronounced than I'd expect, but not overly spicy. Cinnamon is balanced. Could maybe use slightly more barrel character, I'd say. Also mouthfeel is just a tad thinner than I would want. But still great flavors, and a really good beer.
Recommendation: If you're ever in Nebraska I suppose, and this is available, would definitely seek it out.

An almost perfect BA Mexican Stout. Great mouthfeel and rich dark chocolate. I get the slight chili burn in back of my throat on the finish...which really just adds some character to the beer. Loved it!

Champurrado is my second stout from White Elm. I loved the first one and this beer is loaded with spicy cinnamon. The strength of the ABV sneaks up as well. The beer had potential to get to the next tier but was missing something.

16oz can into a goblet. NO freshness dating.
Looks superb in the glass. Pours like black motor oil. Excellent tan head persists in good form throughout leaving stratus clouds of lacing. Impressive given the abv.
Aroma of cinnamon, barrel aging, and a little chili.
On tasting, it's very smooth, beautifully balanced. Abv seems much lower than advertised. Cinnamon is not harsh, chili isn't fierce, bourbon notes dont rip your tongue off. The only quibble is the chocolate is hard to find and the vanilla is absent
Mouth full finish a warm slightly boozy spice.
Overall, delightful sipper on a cold winter's night.

12oz can. No date.
1" tan head on a pitch black imperial stout. Short retention - fades to a ring quickly.
First impression is a rich nose of chocolate, cinnamon, and wood. More intense rich wood aroma comes alive after 20 minutes in the glass.
Vanilla, chocolate fudge, thick roasted malt, chocolate, spicy cinnamon, and a late chili spice that adds to the booze warming effect. Everything that's advertised in the beer is present and accounted for in the flavor. Extremely well done.
Full body, silky mouthfeel, low carbonation. Long flavorful, roasty and boozy finish. Very well balanced and incredibly easy (too easy most likely) at 13% abv.
Outstanding.

Big black shiny body with a tall beige-brown head of 2 fingers.
Smell is just gorgeous. Freshly dusted fresh churro and red hots. Light fudge.
Flavor is orgasmic. The heat and bourbon come forward first with lots of cinnamon. What follows is churros covered in hot fudge, sprinkled with red hots, and more rich bourbon. Again, eyes-roll-back good.
Feel is slick, hot, slightly thinned out but the creaminess brings it back up to par.
Overall, this beer is just nuts. Insanely good, and a Prairie BOMB!/Christmas BOMB competitor if i EVER saw one. This is hardcore world class. Virtually impossible to find. $36/Growler, but worth it. Phenomenal beer.

Pours out Jet Black in color, slow rising mocha head on top that settles into some swirly foam. The smell of the beer mostly spicy with some sweetness. The taste is very well balanced between the sweet malt, vanilla and chocolate with some cinnamon and pepper in there. It's feel is oily and slick. Overall this is an incredibly well balanced beer with lots of flavor and luscious decadence. Very well done.
