Visited 2021-10-10 on a Sunday afternoon. Had a flight of NE IPAs and then a pint of a west coast IPA.
I liked the vibe, small intimate brewery setting that didn't seem cramped. The quality of the beer that I drank was inconsistent. A couple of the NEIPAs were pretty good, one was so-so. The west coast IPA was so-so. Most of their taps were NEIPAs, but they did have a couple lagers, stouts, and sours.
Staff was knowledgeable and responsive when you got their attention, but mostly weren't going out of their way to see if I wanted anything. I couldn't tell really if their norm is bar service or table service.
If I lived in the area I'd definitely go back, but I wouldn't make travel plans to visit them.

Stopped by after the IPA Fest over the weekend. Has a very cool "NYC / City / Urban" vibe on the inside. A little industrial, a little SoHo, and alot of great beer! The place was totally packed and plan on going again when we're back in NYC.

Small tasting room with service bar opposite entry and a few communal tables around room. 10 beers on tap, the one I had was excellent. Big screen. Friendly service, did not eat, but looked and smelt good.

i had not heard much about this place, but it came so highly recommended from trusted beer folks that we had to check it out while we were in the city. i am so glad we did, i loved everything about it, really it was one of my favorite stops we hit! the space is incredible, a borderline unmarked door you could walk past a million times and not know this place was here. it opens up into a dim lit narrow warehouse space, cozy with minimal seating and decor, no frills kind of taproom, but it was welcoming, comfortable, and very very humble for how far word about their beer has traveled. they had a great list of stuff happening on the beer side, but had some bar stuff going on as well, we stuck to beer, and were delighted with everything, especially the hoppy and funky ones, seems like they really have their beers dialed in, and even though most of them were pretty on trend, it was still really neat to taste through how high quality they all are, well above average in these styles to say the very least. the service was solid, and it was fun interacting with the regulars in here, they definitely seem to have a loyal patronage. mood was relaxed and awesome, stoke levels were running high, and the beer was stand out among all of our new york brewery stops. cant wait to go back when we have more time...

Incredible beer and spirits! Some times it gets overlooked but this place is definitely worth the trip! I find their beer to be right up there with all the top breweries people always talk about!

Interboro is a fun little brewery in Williamsburg-Bushwick, in a quiet area of Grand Street where (surprise surprise!) you can usually, almost always find parking upfront. The space is small but never too crowded, and the menu is full of good stuff. Double-dry hopped IPA's, stouts, pale ales... as well as cocktails and spirits (the Fernet made there is outstanding!). There is also a small food menu. Service is personable and attentive and the atmosphere overall is more small-town friendly brewery than Brooklyn trendy jawn.
