Located in a strip mall/industrial park. Exterior looked like a tool shed/warehouse with a couple of keg columns at the front entrance. Simple, expansive room with high ceilings and a couple of Harleys propped up behind the bar. Visited at lunchtime on a weekday. Not crowded, but several of the regulars appeared to be bikers, so the Harley thing was appropriate.

Pretty good food, definitely better than I expected. My Stinky Burger (with bleu cheese on focaccia bread) was pretty good and a bit more sophisticated than average brewpub fare.

As for the beer, I tried the sampler and it was, overall, OK. I would say the beer is slightly better than the average brewpub, but all the styles were fairly standard and most of the beers had some flaws, astringency being the main culprit. Most of my ratings were around the B- range, but a nice exception was their Kern County Crude robust porter, which I liked a lot and rated a B+.

Overall, this was a comfortable, decent place with a pretty good vibe. If I lived in Bakersfield, I'd probably find myself hanging out here fairly often, especially because they have a cigar-friendly patio. Of course, if I were a regular, I'd probably hit the brewer up to make a double IPA and some experimental beers to make things more interesting.

Spacious, semi-industrial space with great modern art about the walls, and a healthy collection of antique and vintage motorcycles. Staff was friendly at the self-order bar (food and beer). The guy who ran our food out checked on us 3 times throughout our meal, which was swell (not sarcasm).

The food is pretty tasty and the portions are huge - I like it! A very meat-forward menu, some of it leaning "Texas" style.

Zeus and BA Zeus were fantastic brews. A pretty good selection here with a lot of taps and number of styles represented (though roughly half was something hoppy). Definitely worth a stop.

Visited the brewery tap room on a Saturday. Atmosphere is a mix of industrial brewery and antique motorcycles. Staff is efficient and enthusiastic. Good food. Beers were competent but not outstanding, other than the barrel aged Zeus, which was very good. Glad I stopped.

This place is a semi-industrial/retail area. Been at night and during the day, could use better lighting at night for parking. Nice area inside for drinking/eating, with open visuals into the barrel and brewing areas. Nice d├ęcor overall. Open areas for darts and functions, including cornhole etc. The food here is great, never been disappointed. I've sat at the bar and had some wonderful conversations with the staff including a small impromptu tasting with the owner of the new BA Zeus and BA stout, yet to be processed. Also sat with the family at a table and had a nice family meal out. Kid friendly. Nice bathrooms - clean, roomy. I try and drop by when in the area. Hope this helps. Cheers.

My local Brew house. They do a great job making great beer. Their pub grub is great also!
