L: Clear and pale. Fizzy head, Looks lively as the head recedes. Surface looks slightly buttery, like a German lager.

S: Pale malts. The slight amount of hops are grassy. No indication of anything fruity, except for maybe the tang of the yeast.

T: Fresh lime and a delicious lager brewed with the background of lime.

F: Front palate is exquisite. Middle is buttery. Sides are sour with lime (not lactic). Finishes in the back with a delightful fresh lime flavor.

O: Great in all categories. In one word: Balance.

O: It comes together so well. It's made from simple ingredients, the unsung hero being the yeast. 20 IBU is just bitter enough to negate the sweetness. It has a hint of sour from a good source. Finally, the weight is perfect, heavy enough to satisfy, but light enough to not bog you down.

12 ounce can into lager glass, canned on 4/19/2018. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of lightly tart limes, lemon, orange, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, cracker, corn, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance of limes, citrus/earthy hops, grains of paradise, and moderate pale malt/corn notes; with solid strength. Taste of lightly tart limes, lemon, orange, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, cracker, corn, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Light-moderate pine, herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; and peppery spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of lightly tart limes, lemon, orange, citrus peel/zest, peppercorn, cracker, corn, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice robustness and balance of limes, citrus/earthy hops, grains of paradise, and moderate pale malt/corn flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and minimal astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Perfectly clean on lager flavors, with no yeasty notes present. Moderate increasing dryness from bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is a very nice fruit/spiced pale lager. All around nice robustness and balance of limes, citrus/earthy hops, grains of paradise, and moderate pale malt/corn flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the moderately bitter/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Nice clean pale malt/grain flavors; with balanced vibrant limes, grains of paradise, and citrus/earthy hops. Not overdone on adjuncts. A very enjoyable offering, and well made style example as expected.

Serves on-tap to me in a pint glass, this beer draws a very light, clear, pale golden color with a white head that's 1/2 of an inch thick when first drawn. Settles to a a very thin ring lining the inside of the glass, aromas of slightly bready, grainy, malts along with a slightly grassy smell and a light citrusy hop note. The taste is pretty much the same, with a slightly bready, grainy, grassy malt flavor and a slightly citrusy hop flavor to balance things out. But just not enough of any flavors at all overall. No offensive, skunked, metallic, etc. off-flavors, simply too weak of a flavor profile all around. Has a crisp, smooth, light bodied mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Has a clean finish. An easy sippin' beer for a hot summer day, but that's about it.

Had a 12 ounce can poured in a plastic cup at Ribsticks BBQ. Didn't have much of a head and the smell was weak. Taste had a nice hint of lime and was very refreshing with BBQ. Would have again.
