This is the best tasting light beer I have had, I normally do not like light beer, I only drink it rate it. I would drink this again only if it were free.

Im embarrassed to say this, but this beer is actually a great tasting light beer. Who knew? It's got a clean taste with no tinny or weird aftertaste. I'm going to start buying this beer for the warmer months because i think it'll be a great lawn mowing beer. Don't be embarrassed like I've been, pick some of this up, it's actually better than most of the more expensive mass produced light beers. True Story!

Super light yellow aal light beer kinda thing going, solid white head, almost average retention. Aroma was just industrial beer smells, aluminum, corn.

Taste, super carbonated, light noble hop, almost no barley content. Super watery mouthfeel. Even though its really lightly hopped flavor wise, the lack of a malt body allows a distinct, soapy bitterness to jump around. High alpha acid hops and a super long boil = less hops to pay for.

Poured from a 12oz can into a Pilsner glass. L: pale straw yellow. Clear, decent effervescence. S: light white bread malts. Honey, apple juice. Aroma actually gets better as it warms. T: better cold. Off flavors present as it warms. Mineral and rice. F: crisp. Pretty dry and clean. Not too watery. O: good, better than the original.

Picked up a 15 case of these naughty puppies in cans. If Old Mil itself is any indication, these aren't going to be much better. Tossed it in the fridge, kudos to my staff discount, and proceeded to pound one back with some leftover Chinese take out. Taste is of air. Nothing. A hint of hops that teases you and then withdraws completely like a hooker who realizes you've only got spare change in the ashtray of your car. That's about it. No smell, nada. This is a working man's beer, without a doubt. I sell a ton of Old Mil each day and mostly to contractors or site workers. This stuff only sells when someone comes in specifically looking for it. People are more than happy to take any number of light beers over this stuff.

Can is pretty righteous. The girl is a lot hotter than the regular Old Mil pinup so that's a definite plus. Easy to drink, hard to taste. I don't mind it. I'm not buying this for the taste. I'm buying it because if I don't, it'll hang around my cooler until it expires like all of my Labatt Blue. Let's all be honest here. Light beer is meant for those who don't want a beer gut and a stained, yellowed tank top as their main piece of attire. This cannot be rated as thoroughly as a craft beer. This is a domestic, light, canned beer produced for the masses, not small batch brewed to a 700 year old tradition or some nonsense. For what it is, it's still crap, though.
