Notes:
Introducing The Leafcutter – 6.8% – Vegan.
A straight up hazy IPA made using extra pale malt, wheat, flaked oats and naked malted oats. With a late dry hop at the end of fermentation using Citra + Mosaic (name a more iconic duo) and Azzaca joining the party too; bringing soft strawberry aroma and flavours of bright orange and fleshy pineapple, with a touch of dankness and spicy mango.

440ml can.
L: Hazy yellow with an orange core. The big, fluffy head collapses quickly leaving lumpy suds and rings of lacing.
S: Understated mango and orange aroma.
T: Lots of pineapple and mango, but rich and heavy (almost dank) rather than juicy. Extra dry finish.
F: Medium/full body. Solid mouthfeel. Bitterness numbs the back of the tongue.
O: Flirting with the idea of a NEIPA fruit-bomb, some intense dry-hopping and a touch of dankness pulls this hazy IPA back from the brink.

Pours a hazy light orange with soft head that leaves tos of lacing behind.
Smell is fruity and floral with notes of citrus and elderflower. Very crisp.
Taste is floral and fruity, very clean and crisp. Notes of citrus, elderflower, jasmine and green tea with a solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a very drinkable, crisp IPA.
