Hazed peach-tea orange with a finger of off-white head that’s fairly short-lived, settling into a wisp and crown with almost no lacing.
Nice sour aroma with clear wheat grain notes and a hint of rainbow sherbet fruitiness.
The taste is very similar. Appropriately sour for the style, again with a nice grain profile mid-palate and through the aftertaste, with a clear, but restrained, undertone of rainbow sherbet.
Light bodied with slow-building carbonation.
This could have been an over-the-top, gimmicky mess, but it starts with a very well-crafted and true-to-style base and shows restraint with the unicorn fun times. Excellent beer. Cool can art, too.

16oz tallboy can, Unicorn skull with a sherbet coloring around it. Weird shit, again ... I love their artwork.
Throwing 2000lbs of sherbert into a batch produces an interesting beer. Completely clouded over dull amber rose hue, not much holding the head together. Smells and tastes of melted sherbert ... lemon-lime, orange, vague berries. Sure, there are some beer elements here as a mild malt character is noticeable. My tastebuds are saying "WTF am I drinking, this is fun." A beer that is a slight departure from beer. Long live Extreme Beer!!!

A- A slightly hazy light orange/peach color with a small off-white head.
S- Tart, wheat, citrus, rainbow sherbet.
T- Tart, wheat, some lemons, rainbow sherbet without being overly sweet.
M- Smooth, light body.
O- A really fun take on a Berliner, solid base flavors and the rainbow sherbet actually comes through without being overwhelming.
