16oz can, purchased at the brewery.

Pours a slightly hazed peachy golden hue, white lacing stays for a good while. In the nose and on the palate is a very dank hop resin of orange zest, grapefruit rind, hemp seeds, blonde tobacco, pineapple, and a soft pine. Smooth and nearly full bodied. Clean peppery warming alcohol, smoothness lingers from the oats. The hop bitterness is quite assertive but leaves the palate intact more or less. Juicy throughout, pretty easy drinking for such a big brew. I want to see more of this or anything similar from Exhibit 'A' Brewing Company.

Appearance: They honey colored liquid is so cloudy it is hard to tell the bubble show from the liquid as the head fills out to one finger; strands of lacing dribble down

Smell: Tangerine, mango, passion fruit and peach tones

Taste: Very juicy, with peach and mango tones forward; through the middle, the tangerine and passion fruit flavors add some citrusy bitterness; some pine, after the swallow, but the finish is as juicy as the outset, with the passion fruit lingering in the aftertaste

Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: In the parade of NE IPAs, this one totally slipped by my radar - shame on me as this is really good

Thanks, Nichols33, for the opportunity

Big thanks to rudzud for bringing the can back

Pours a large frothy creamy 2 finger head that fades semi slowly with decent lacing, murky reddish orange color

Nose brings sweet fruit, a little tangerine and a sweet orange, quite fruity, little pine and grass, and sticky resin note, faint tropical notes

Taste brings big fruit again, a fruit punch like flavor, citrus, sweet orange tangerine, little mango papaya tropical, maybe pineapple, big juicy fruit, little pine sap, mild sweet malt underneath, pretty juicy. Finish dry fair bitterness, little gritty, big fruity fruit punch and citrus tropical lingering.

Mouth is med bod decent carb

Overall not bad, interesting fruit punch with some citrus tropical and generic fruity, little bitter pine, little malt, interesting choice of hop combination.

Great IPA. Hazy New England IPA look to it . Basically, this experience was quite similar for me to Trillium's Mosaic-hopped Fort Point. It had nice dank fruitiness on the nose and up front on the palette. A refreshing medium to light body with a small amount of bitterness at the finish. I really enjoyed it and it prompted me to go back a couple days later and buy more of their beer.

Beautiful flagship IPA from Exhbit A. Golden straw full on haze with a really nice almost latte-foam head that recedes gradually but leaves nice fluffy lacing. Nose and flavor full of mellow juicy tropical fruit (with a particular nod to melon/cantaloupe) and a hint of double bubble. Firm but by no means assertive bitterness—great balance. Light doughy malt. Super smooth and full mouthfeel. Well done! One I’m happy to return to again and again

Had this on tap at 5 Horses after my wife decided she'd rather eat alone than with me. So I'm here at the bar starting with this - wonder what time this bar closes? Anyways, this is a good little beer. Pretty hazy with a big head, but very New England IPA....tropical and fruity. May be a second one to be ordered, also looks like it will be a warm night to sleep outside.

Pours a cloudy orange with a low but fluffy head.

The smell is very tropical, with a lot of citrus and mango, backed up by the hint of vanilla I often get from Mosaic hops.

The taste is juicy citrus with plenty of mango thrown in. The subdued malt base gives the hops the chance to shine, and boy do they. Still very well balanced.

Mouthfeel is medium and soft, with good carbonation.

This was a terrific IPA, plenty of flavor and a smell I just adore. Will be interesting to try Hair Raiser.

Enjoyed at the brewery.

A - Poured into a standard pint glass a nice hazy golden hue with a good one finger off white head that fades to leave super sticky lacing and a great blanket.

S - Aromas of excellent citrus notes, oranges, light grassy notes, very good softer tropical notes of mango and maybe some light pineapple. Really, really aromatic.

T - Taste is similar to the nose, very nice citrus flavour, good tropical sweetness, some subtle fruits. Light malt backbone. Really nice.

M - Mouthfeel is lightly carbonated, smooth, creamy.

O - Overall this was a very solid ipa. Really really nice citrus and tropical notes.

Can was a bit undercarbed but this has a lot of potential, pretty balanced, a tad syrupy. Smells fantastic. Just needs a little more dialing in and I think we have a winner.

This little pinto is juicy with dry finish. Goes down easy like a Sunday morning. It is a spunky little pit viper of a beer. Grassy Julius. Dangerously drinkable. Sassy but not arrogant. Very tough to stop at uno. Hat’s off to Exhibit A. This catnip is indeed for the people.

About 2 fingers of fluffy white head which disipates to thin layer and collar. Ok lacing. Nearly opaque, hazy orange body - looks a lot like pineapple juice.

Blueberry, sweet tropical fruit (predominately mango and pineapple), slight notes of litter box underlying.

Follows the nose with the tropical notes dominating the front of the mouth and blueberry and litter box on the backend. Some citrus pith and resin in the finish to cut through the sweeter fruit notes, but the fruit and mosaic notes linger.

Medium carbonation. Slightly watery start, but a full and creamy finish.

This is my new favorite NE IPA. I’ve always appreciated a balanced beer, and the Hyper-IPA craze left me cold. Cats Meow is an IPA that doesn’t forget about balance. Hops are zippy and assertive to be sure, particularly on the nose, but the taste is creamy, with a balance of orange whip, limeade and cream. Eminently drinkable. Fluffy head and appropriate carbonation. So glad I found you.

Recommended highly by the young lady behind the bar at Row 34 on a Friday after work. Grapefruit on the nose right up front. Splashy, citrus easy drinking beer.

Went to Yankee Spirits in Sturbridge after a trip to Tree House.
Guy in store was AWESOME - super helpful, wish I got his name.

He dubbed this as the closest thin to Julius that you can buy in a store.....pretty high bar set I would say. I gave it a shot, and have to say its a damn fine brew. Its not Julius. But nothing is. Its a very good beer. One I would not hesitate to buy again if I see it on the shelf.

Drank it from the can so I cant speak to the look, but it smelled great and tasted great. It is a high end NE style IPA. Get it if you see it, you wont be disappointed.

Canned 5 days ago.

L — Very hazy straw body with a finger of soapy white head produced with moderate pour. Minimal retention and some lacing
S — Orange creamsicle, cornmeal, pineapple, peach, mango, dank weedy resins
T — Juicy grapefruit, orange, guava, peach, papaya, leafy earthiness, light crackery malt profile, touch of creamy yeastiness
F — Crisp and easy drinking with a smooth finish that is restrained in bitterness. Medium mouthfeel, medium+ carb
O — Very well put together NEIPA that has that nice orange creamsicle yeast character that is found in both Tree House and Toppling Goliath’s brews

EDIT (6/25/18):

Two-week-old can. Once again really impressed with all aspects of this brew. Better retention and lacing this time around, as well as a slightly fluffier mouthfeel. Aromas and flavors are more orange-forward. Amazingly low bitterness, perhaps rivaled only by Tree House's offerings. All of Exhibit A's offerings have been very impressive thus far
