16oz can served in a milkshake pilsner glass. Date stamp on bottom of can: TCM 08/16/23.

Appearance: Hazy / opaque golden yellow, but it is a bit murky looking. Massive white foam that lasts a long time and leaves lots of lacing all over the glass. Rinsing out the can shows that I left a fair bit of sediment behind - this would have been even cloudier/murkier if I had given it a swirl before pouring out the last of it.

Smell: Lots of tropical fruit, citrus. Mostly orange in regards to the citrus aroma.

Taste: Tastes a lot like it smells, with a big juicy hit of citrus up front, a bready malt for balance, and a sharp citrus hoppy finish.

Mouthfeel: Nicely thick, good carbonation, a bit sticky on the teeth, and a bit chewy as well.

Overall / Drinkability: Definitely catnip for people! Easily drinkable, but enjoyable to sip and savor as well. This seems like it would pair really well with food as well, but it's great on its own. I would not mind getting it again, but one 16oz can per evening may be enough.

16 oz can from Tavour. Pale yellow, milky, soft foamy head. Fruity aroma, some citrus, some tropical, some stone fruit. Taste brings citric bitterness, mellowed by some sweetness. Light in body, some bitterness lingers.

Pours a light cloudy yellow with 3/5" white head, sparse variation of bubble size, some big thrown in there. Poured into a 30 year old Newcastle pint glass next to Hangman Adam Page on the front porch by the grill, circa, Summer 2022.

The aroma has a hit of Citra orange, El Dorado mild unripe pineapple and green apple, and a little bit of mild weed strain to fulfill the Mosaic prophecy. Quantity in that order.

Taste is pleasant. Its not a mega hopped ipa, but its not "underhopped" either. Just don't go in looking for a heavy hitter amount of any hops. Mostly Citra, but the El Dorado gives it a light bitterness despite hazy ipa body. Also restrained in its proportion of flaked wheat and oats, but not problematic. This is a pretty conventional hazy ipa that straddles the pale ale/ipa kind of designation in terms of the amounts of hoppiness in this day and age lupulin threshold shift. Its got the go to hops that are almost ubiquitous at this point (and a good problem to have).

Its good not great stuff.

Small tap pour at the American Craft Beer Experience in Tokyo. Entering review from notes.

Hazy amber-orange in color. A little less than a finger of head. Creamy. Smell is juicy, tropical.

Taste is similar to the aroma, a little bit of an orange Julius vibe with an orange rind bitterness in the finish.

Mouthfeel is somehow both creamy and dry. Overall, it's very nice.
