This could be like any of the countless sports bars in the suburbs, except for the curling center. One side of the large room is in full view of the curling arena. Seems like this place could really get hopping with competitive curling taking place. The bar area is very large as well as the seating area. A section of an another wall opens up to a patio area with seating for 30+ more. They have 32 taps but I get the impression they do not rotate much. There will always be 4 Summit, 4 Schells, and 4 Surly, for example. Nice menu of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and entrees. Food is very good and better than a lot of these sort of establishments. And it came out very fast. Service is good and they are not understaffed.

Absolutely beautiful restaurant with views of the attached curling rink and scenic park outside. Large patio and large seating areas inside. The restaurant is able to handle large groups quite easily. There are numerous TVs which is great for sports and has a popcorn machine. The service has been very much hit or miss and the same goes with their non-breakfast options. Normally while drinking, I do try to eat somewhat healthy, but whenever I seem to order more health-conscious options, they seem to fall short. Their breakfast is always a safe bet on the weekends. Prices are very fair on both food and alcohol. There is a large number of beers on tap, ranging from macro to micro, local to Alaskan Brewing and North Coast Brewing. While their variety is numerous, their beers never seem to change besides 4-6 seasonals which are never overly exciting. Their wine and liquor selection is solid, and people seem to order their bloody Mary's frequently which I felt was not impressive. Overall, it is probably one of the best options in Chaska-Chanhassen, but really that does not say much.
