PI liked the taste. Very drinkable, crisp, moderate hoppiness, not too bitter, a nice IPA, not a hop bomb but wasn't beewex to be one.

The appearance has a golden orange body that leaves a small lumpy white one finger head that dies within twenty seconds. The body was transparent enough to see streamy carbonated bubbles rising. Minimal lacing was left. The smell has some malts through nice citrus/floral hops. The taste is bittersweet through the malts which were then followed by the citrus/floral hops. On the palate, it sits about a medium with some slight harshness on the tongue. It was slightly creamy and smooth in my mouth. Overall, I would say I would have this again.

355ml bottle, best before august 17th 2017, so it wasn't a fresh one.

appearance: golden with some haze, small one finger head and low carbonation.

smell: weak herbal and piney hops, maybe due to being an old bottle. Caramel malts.

taste: grapefruit notes and thin caramel maltiness.

mouthfeel: it's a medium bodied beer that in my case got some strange olive oil aftertaste.

overall: correct beer but not the best IPA I've tried. It's a good one if you put it in the English IPA category.

Pours a caramel carbonated amber. Smells of citrus with malt. I taste resin after the hops. Something with the after taste doesn't sit right. Has a light head with some strong carbonation.

= A paculiar IPA. Maybe I'm just not use to this east coast thing. Not nearly what I like hop wise in an IPA. Regardless it's easy to drink and goes down well.
