Poured into a nonic pint glass, the appearance was a golden yellow color with a sly transparency and a white foamy head. Quick dissipation. Barely any lace. The aroma was a some sweet corn and citrus hops. Sly sweet grains. The flavor was basically the same - sweet with a crisp refreshing citrus aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a nice sessionability about it. Low carbonation. Feels nice and smooth on my tongue. Overall, good APA that I could come back if necessary.

A: crystal clear; deep gold in color; 1+ finger ivory head that receded to a very thin cap; OK lacing;

S: grainy with a hint of spice;

T: balanced between earthy and grainy from start to finish; mild bitterness at the end; aftertaste tips to grainy;

O: medium bodied; moderate carbonation; moderately dry finish;

O: easy drinking; refreshing; would pair well with food; for a low ABV beer, the hops and malt are well balanced;

Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Nice clear amber color but not much head to speak of. Not much taste either ....a little like beer flavored sparkling water.
Totally forgettable.

This is a nice smooth pale ale. Had it in a wing bar in Brooklyn March 2017.

Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into a Brooklyn pint glass.

Appearance: Pours a bright amber orange. Moderate amount of bubbles and a solid finger of off white head that settles into a thin creamy layer.

Smell: A toasty and earthy aroma with a scent of biscuit malt and grass. Malt scent of caramel, toffee, biscuit, grains, cracker, and toast with some yeast. Malt hints of grass and subtle citrus. A solid balanced aroma.

Taste: Like it smells, a toasty and earthy balanced taste with notes of biscuit malt and grass. Malt notes of caramel, toffee, biscuit, cracker, grains, and toast along with yeast. Moderate hop notes of grass and light citrus. A solid taste.

Mouthfeel: Light to medium bodied with a moderate level of carbonation. Crisp, clean, and smooth.

Overall: A solid balanced Pale Ale. Nice biscuit and caramel notes.

Aroma is biscuit malts, light citrus and English in character. The flavor is citrus, biscuit malts, mild English character, fruit and a mix of mild/medium bitterness and slightly tart in the finish.
