A: golden amber color with a very very faint ruby tint in the light. Bubbly bright head that fades to a film pretty quick

S: huge floral note upfront, wheat, lemongrass, citrus zest, vanilla, and a nice earthy herbal note. Very unique smelling beer, in a good way

T: upfront is a big hit of floral and deep earthy flavors. Sweet malts, lemongrass, and pears.

M: solid medium mouthfeel, that feels big in the mouth due to the carbonation level

O: the aroma on this beer is so unique. Earthy and floral. Taste is nicely harmonized, I enjoy the floral qualities in here. I think it’s a step below the greats of the style, but still above average

Too light for me. Touch of lemon but not much else.

L) Pours a lovely, hazy straw color with a creamy white head and good lacing.

S) The nose has a lot going on. It is very floral with notes of lylac, juicy with notes of pungent citrus, zesty with notes of lemon rind, all tied together with a white pepper spiciness. It is quite a pleasure to sniff.

T) Everything present in the nose is on the tongue, with a little bit of a grainy sweetness and dry grassy bitterness to round out the other complexities.

F) This brew is exceptionally smooth, and has a creamy mouthfeel for the style, especially if poured with the yeasty goodness in the bottom of the bottle swirled throughout. It has a refreshing, medium-high carbonation and is a pleasure to sip.

O) I am very impressed by this saison. I paired it with some leftover chicken and creamed spinach, and it made the meal jump from mediocre to quite enjoyable. Would recommend to any saison lover.

Hazy golden/yellow body with delicate carbonation racing upward, failing to support a fizzy off-white head. The nose has pretty strong notes of clove/bubblegum and dill, followed by pink peppercorn, a bit of lemongrass, and faint, faint burnt rubber. The taste is a lot of bubblegum, dill, pepper, chalk, fibrous lemongrass, and cracker. Dry, dry dry. It's light bodied, fluid, prickly, and easily drinkable (body-wise); think champagne.
Probably best paired with cheeses or something; by itself it's not particularly appealing, apart as a novelty/palate tester/brain stimulation. It has flavor to spare, but, as it lacks overt citrus notes, not in the most instantly delicious way, but more as a curious sipper. Everything is in line with the style, however, and the weirdness of the Sorachi Ace hop does shine; in this way it's right up there with beers like Revolution's Heroes lot or FW's Luponic Distortion series. It is at once categorically correct and also in a category of its own. My numerical score may not proclaim it, but this is something to try.

Hazy bright gold body with large bubbles of white foam. Assertive pine and lemon aroma, along with a much softer bread scent. Taste is quite different. The pine does not translate to the tongue. The hops taste like the leafy bitterness that comes in English ales or bitters. This allows the malt to step forward a bit, although malt is always playing second fiddle here. Rather citric, although I can't call it tart. Mouthfeel is medium and lingers.
This is an unusual beer, as it replaces the harsh farmhouse "dustiness"with a softer, muted tone. I would give this to someone who is looking for a gateway beer into saisons.

Smells isn't very strong with notes of citrus. It tastes almost like how it smells, with citrus notes of lemon. It has a beautiful gold color, and carbonation is not overpowering but quite smooth. This beer is dangerously drinkable and tasty for being 7.20%. Definitely will buy again!

Looks: I love hazy light honey colored beer
Smell: Not a lot on the nose compared with other Saisons
Taste: Good carbonation not a lot of intrigue here
Feel: Good
If I wanted a Saison I'm not sure this is what I would buy
