Up in the Conway area for some weekend hiking and Moat turned out to be the perfect spot to refuel and recharge at the end of the day. This place is a brewpub and an inn, and it looks like it was converted from an old farmhouse. Very welcome, rustic feel as soon as you walk in the door. Lots of eclectic decorations throughout the different rooms. Very diverse menu of food, with a BBQ/TexMex feel overall, but some very unique combinations sprinkled throughout. The beer was tasty, and they have 6 regular taps going, with two seasonals. Beer to go is available, and the waitress said that growlers are $15 for the purchase and initial fill, and $9 for subsequent fills. Not too bad for pricing when compared to other breweries. Sampler paddles are also available if you just can't decide what you want. Our waitress was really nice and very prompt. Overall, from food to beer to service, we had a great time. Prices were not bad at all, and if we are ever in the area again, we would definitely swing by again. We even said that we may stay there some time, to see how the entire experience is. Worth a visit!

The taplist had lots of options, but there wasn't anything from my sampler that really impressed me. Nothing bad, just nothing great either. The restaurant service was good and the food is good too, but I think I'd try someplace different the next time we're in town.

Steve and Vickie know how to do this and do it well... Beers are solid and pretty much to style... Always busy, so be patient... Food couldn't be better.... Always enjoy my visit...

This is a great place to stop after a long day of site seeing. The beer selection is good. The best beer they had out of the sampler of 7 was thr Hoffman Weiss closely followed by iron Mikes pale.

OK beer and hit or miss food in a resort town. Not worth the hour wait on a Monday night. Any interesting beer that you want from the menu is out. Their standard beers are good and true to their style but not worth taking home a growler. I was disappointed because I heard good things

Nice little pub. Solid selection of regular beers, with a some good seasonal offerings. Good staff, with some beer knowledge. Excellent pub food and especially barbecue.
