Quite a hike over the mountain from where we were staying in Lincoln, but well worth the drive. Big old building with quite a bit of work put in using recent years. Lots of white wainscoting and stainless steel accenting the light natural wood tones. Bar area looks fairly modern and is separated from the dinning area which consists of a handful of different rooms throughout the layout.

6 house beers on tap, all good to very good in quality and construction. The brown ale is not to be missed and the pale and wheat are right up there. A few guest taps and bottles to boot.

Menu has a mix of bar food and BBQ. The BBQ is smoked in the basement on premises and served with a light coating of sauce. The meat is fall off the bone done, but maybe a splash dry later in the day. Service was good but could have been more attentive on a slow night.

Overall the solid beers make it enough of a destination when in the area, and the very good food makes it as close to a must see as possible.

Interesting little restaurant/brewery with a solid beer selection and good food. Flight was nice as it included 8 different beers. Wait staff was good and food was above average.

Amazing location. Mountains in the backdrop which means plenty of winter activity close by. Spacious bar, warm atmosphere. Friendly people. Over the bar hangs "frequent flyer" mugs. Adds to the inviting atmosphere. Can fill growlers and buy cans. Definitely a destination.

Went to eat and drink here during a trip up in the area. The place was very packed even with what seemed to be ample parking. Surprisingly though, the 45 minute wait we were told we would have was cut to 15 minutes. The restaurant was quite large with a New England inn atmosphere. Seating was in several locations across the first floor of the building with a large bar area near the front.

The food menu came on one sheet of paper, but it seemed loaded with smokehouse and barbecue options. Our waitress was very nice, quick, and attentive. I decided on the 8 beer sample which was massive. For dinner, I had the brisket served on cinnamon raisin toast. It was quite good and the portions were generous. I was not sure if other beers are served at this establishment, but there were 8 staple beers (that were part of my sampler) with what looked like 4-6 rotating beers. The beers I had ranged from a stout to a fruit beer and offered some good options.

Overall, I liked this place, despite it being a little crowded during a heavy tourist weekend. This place can serve as a nice local hangout or a tourist destination.

The taplist had lots of options, but there wasn't anything from my sampler that really impressed me. Nothing bad, just nothing great either. The restaurant service was good and the food is good too, but I think I'd try someplace different the next time we're in town.

Steve and Vickie know how to do this and do it well... Beers are solid and pretty much to style... Always busy, so be patient... Food couldn't be better.... Always enjoy my visit...

This is a great place to stop after a long day of site seeing. The beer selection is good. The best beer they had out of the sampler of 7 was thr Hoffman Weiss closely followed by iron Mikes pale.

OK beer and hit or miss food in a resort town. Not worth the hour wait on a Monday night. Any interesting beer that you want from the menu is out. Their standard beers are good and true to their style but not worth taking home a growler. I was disappointed because I heard good things
