Aroma is bananas/mild cream and dry/earthy dark malts. The flavor is bananas, fruit/berries, wheat, mild citrus and a mix of slight sweetness and smooth in the finish.

Poured into Guinness pint glass. Color is darker chocolate brown with a 1 finger tan head that fades quickly and leaves no lacing on my glass. The aroma is rich with the caramel, toasted malt, wheat, and earthy hints. Esters are sparse, but give a bit of banana and clove. Flavors of caramels, toasted malts, and a touch of dark berry before some nutty banana bread ever so faint. Between light and medium bodied, the grain is thick enough to flow with some body and a bit of dryness. Delicious Dunkel!
