Notes: An unfiltered wheat beer with kosher salt that is kettle soured. This refreshing beer is made even more thirst quenching with the addition of key lime and juice from locally grown cucumbers.

This was definitely frothy and after it calmed down, looked parched hay with a nice white head. Taste was tart and quenching with both the lime and the cucumber making distinct appearances. Not salty at all which is how I like my goses. This beer deserves to be in the Caribbean by a cabana during the day - just so good and thirst quenching. Really enjoyed it and could drink a bunch. I actually enjoyed it in the evening through as my last drink of the night and it worked just as well.

CAN: $1.69 a can in NoLa.

A wonderfully refreshing salty summer gose with admirable commitment to its titular lime and cucumber flavours. Cucumber is a tough flavour to nail, but they managed it without lending it an artificial or forced taste.

I feel like I could quaff this by the pitcher on a hot June day, and I can't imagine any fan of the style disliking it.

Tart, acidic. Has an ideal (2-3/10) level of sourness and twang.

One of the most quenching beers I've probably ever had, but definitely lacking in comparison to expressions of the style from the likes of Anderson Valley, for example. I do think it has a borderline unique taste, though, which alone makes it worth seeking out. Drinkability is off the charts.

Lime Cucumber Gose has a thick, creamy, fizzy, white head, an opaque, white-yellow appearance, and no glass lacing. Aroma is of salty cucumber, and the flavor is of cucumber, lime, and salt. There is also white bread and tap water, in the taste. Mouthfeel is high medium and fluffy, and Lime Cucumber Gose finishes tart. Not sour.

On a hot sunny day i could drink this all day. Doesn't have anything negative. Not the best beer I've had, and maybe not even the best Gose, but it's great, available, and so easy to enjoy.
