The colour is gold, the liquid is almost clear. The two finger head is white and compact; it sinks down quickly leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is light sweet and somewhat hoppy/fruity. Grapefruit, apricot, orange peel and cream candy and a touch of rubber.
The taste got passing clean sweetness, some fruit fudge and cookie dough. Not as much fruits as I had expected… Some banana peel and fresh apricots. Medium body. The aftertaste is rather short and weak. Dough, hints of caramel and beef stock. The finish got some fresh bread and a touch of butterscotch.
The carbonation is light to medium, the fresh bubbles are mid-sized. The liquid is light and somewhat harsh.
Not a bad session-APA. Quaffable and without too many off-flavours.
