Brewed in the style of a mid-19th century English Festival Ale, this unfiltered wheat beer displays a translucent orange color topped with a creamy, white head. Wheat enhances the mouthfeel of the beer and produces pleasant bread-like notes while Michigan honey provides a caramelized sweetness in the flavor profile. This beer is spiced with orange peel and coriander and small amounts of three hop varieties pleasantly counterbalances the sweetness.
Brewed with Michigan honey.

Pours out as a flat, murky orange, with minimal to zero head. Citrus orange aroma and taste, Light bodied wheat ale where the citrus flavor dominates. Summer refresher nothing more, nothing less.

Cracked open a can of the newly-available Whitsun, now that Arcadia is brewed by Superfluid Beverage (Short's Brewing). I know this one has history here in Michigan, but I wish they had brought back a different ale. This one's a standard run-of-the-mill whit, soft and fluffy with flavors of orange rind and some spice. Hopefully Hopmouth, Morning Nightcap, or Porter Rico come back.

If you are a fan of summer and wheat ales, there is nothing better than this served in an iced bottle.

It's not my favorite. It looks, smells and and feels a lot better than it tastes. The label is beautiful and if I recall it was one of the first Michigan craft beers I ever tried. I liked it a lot when I first tried it, but having explored many other craft beers since then I'm not really a fan.
Taste is orange and honey when it's in my mouth but goes down with an aftertaste of stale bread. It's drinkable and if you are looking for an alternative to Oberon it's worth a try as your tastes may be different, but the aftertaste is pretty strong and unpleasant.

Overall, I am a little disappointed. It's not bad; I guess I was expecting something different. The spice flavor is strong on the backend and leaves me feeling like this beer is a little off balance.

Yellow-amber pour, clean, moderate, pale head. Light nose. Mouthfeel is smooth, enjoyable, nonconfrontational. Taste is mildly hoppy behind a wall of rather indistinguishable fruity floral notes. Only orange peel I can pick out is the basic beery bitterness. Still a good aftertaste though.

Hazy golden color, moderate head with some lingering lacing. Smells of sweet malt, wheat and some fruit. Tastes of citrus, wheat, caramel, malt and grains. Nice carbonation but slightly strong wheat aftertaste. A little bit of spice and honey in there as well. Mild and thin mouthfeel. Would have to try other beers in this style to compare.
