A Light caramel, translucent body with minimal head. 3.0

S Distant hops, appropriate to the style of wet hopped ale. 3.0

T Hops predominate but they are the muted "wet" hops that I prefer. 3.5

M Thin to moderate. Feel increased with hop presence. 3.5

Served in a tumbler at The Tribes.

I would love to know the origin of this beer's name, but I'm just too lazy to look it up. Regardless, it pours a hazy straw topped by a finger of lightly off-white micro-foam. The nose comprises light leek, greens, buttery caramel, and dank grass. Can't say I'm too big a fan of the hop combination used here. The taste holds notes of fluffy buttery caramel, greens, flowers, light biscuit, and a decidedly light bit o' leek way in the background. Things are a lot cleaner than in the smell. The body is a rather light medium, with a light carbonation and a very smooth feel. Overall, a nice little beer, nothing outstanding, but an easy-going brew for the days you just wanna take it easy at the bar.

On-tap at Arcadia. A wet hopped pale ale. Pours a hazy pale gold with a thin off-white head.

Smells of fresh grassy hops with a light malt presence.

Taste has a light grassy bitterness upfront leading to a moderate, slightly bready, malt middle. Finish is medium to high bitterness with a grassy and light citrus hop flavors.

Light to medium body with a slight creaminess. Medium carbonation. Slightly dry finish.

Good fresh hop aroma and taste with just enough malts to balance it out.

Review input from notes.

Bright yellow-orange colored harvest ale. The body is fairly hazy. Three finger bone white head is set atop. The head dissipates at a moderate pace. Thick, heavy clumps of lace are left cemented to the glass.

Bright fresh hop aroma oozes from the glass. Sweet citrus aroma is followed by a fair amount of green grace and fresh floral aromas. Subtle pale malt sweetness lies beneath.

The bright citrusy aroma carries through to the flavor. Orange and tangerine flavors are fresh and juicy up front. The fresh floral earthy flavors from the fresh hops are present just behind. Soft bitterness, much more complimentary than biting. The malt is subtly sweet but overshadowed by the hops for the most past.

Medium body Pale Ale. Carbonation is moderate and appropriate. The texture is almost creamy, I find this rather enjoyable. The finish winds up on the shorter side.

A fantastic wet hopped beer, I hesitate very little to say this is my favorite hoppy option from Arcadia. Bright assertive flavors while refraining from ever becoming overpowering extremely drinkable, very enjoyable.
