Super sour- not the "slightly tart" that it says. Rather unbearable.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a semi-pale golden bronzed yellow color with a good sustaining white foamy head that fell off at a medium pace. Subtle lace, somewhat in rings. The aroma had some sweet yet funky peach up front, flesh-like but with some of it’s skin. Light Brett influence coating some lime and then some green pepper and ending with a little bit of soft sweet dough. The flavor was somewhat tart with the peach emboldening a sweetness that wanted to come forward, but even that held in the balance of it all. All seemed to blend mellow-like into the aftertaste and follow through in the finish with a little bit of black pepper. The feel was about medium bodied, perhaps just a tad under with a good carbonation about it. Funky to sour portions didn’t distract too much with the Brett being more of just another part for the flavor previously mentioned. ABV felt as appropriate by the brewer. Overall, pretty nice sour ale well worthy of having again.

Growler shared by Nick, thanks dude.
This one pours a light straw yellow, slightly hazy, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like light stone fruit, some grassiness, and light citrusy funk.
This is pretty solid, but feels a tiny bit bland and restrained. It's delicate, almost to a fault, as none of the flavors really jump out at me. The flavors that are there are nice, I just wish it stood out more, ya know?
This is light bodied, airy and delicate, and pretty crisp.
There's not much to this unfortunately. Fortunately, the other beers I've had from Foam are wonderful.

A little too dry and Bretty for my liking. Would prefer more tart and sweet.

L: This is the perfect balance between transparent and translucent. Shining amarillo naranja. Incredible white head. Literally only thing from keeping this a 5 is the head lasts but doesn't leave those nice legs we all love so much (even if it just aesthetics, I still love legs).
S: Peaches. Like from an orchard. Imagine sitting in an orchard with overripe peaches that have hit the ground and started fermenting. Tropical brett character that that image inspires.
T: Peach funk. Do you like tart peach flavor? because this is it. Not that incredible brett character you want from a true wild saison but incredible nonetheless. Don't expect to be blown away by the brett. Just a nice balance to the peaches.
F: Great. Full and still light.
O: Hype is real.

Wow, looks like straight peaches and cream. Holy golden peach orange with a 2 inch white head that just sits there. Was waiting for it to dissipate as I smell it but it doesn't really move. Medium brett character with a bunches and bunches of peach on the nose. Definitely get some lavender with a little bit of pineapple. Wow taste matches beautifully. Not as much brett as I expected but it is definitely present and actually balances out well with such strong fresh peach presence. Pineapple comes through more in the flavor. Mouthfeel is fantastic to match. Full and bright.

Poured on tap at the brewery.
Pours a hazy bright orange color with a 3-finger pure white frothy head. The head sticks around for years before settling into a nice white ring atop the beer. Leaves a ton of lacing as it goes down.
The aroma is lightly sweet up front. Plenty of notes of peaches and citrus, followed by a very subtle tartness.
The taste follows the nose. Sweet peach up front, followed some doughy yeast, and then a surprisingly tart kick on the finish. Nicely balanced. Very flavorful yet refreshing.
The feel is light-bodied with good carbonation. Incredibly creamy and fluffy. Leaves a coating of light tartness around the mouth.
Overall, a great saison that has just enough going on to let it stand out. It's beautifully balanced and refreshing. Nice beer.
