On tap at the brewery.
The appearance was a delicate glossy pink to golden color with a sly transparency about closer to the sides of the glass. The head dissipated fairly quick and barely left any lace.
The aroma was strawberry sweetness with a touch of tartness. Light grassy to lemony tones ease in underneath. Subtle cream even further.
The flavor yields to the sweetness initially and ten developed a fine tuned blend of sweet to tart. Aftertaste was all about the strawberries.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Enough tartness bites in somewhat drying, but very nice. Moderate carbonation. ABV felt fine. Strawberries in the finish with a little bit of lactose sweet smoothness.
Overall, an absolutely wonderful beer, however this could be construed as a fruit beer, in my opinion.
