It’s good, a little citrusy that I liked. You know, like your mom’s backside.

Pours a clear pale yelow with fine, low head.

Taste is crisp and crackery with soft bitterness and notes of florals, citrus, citrus peel and grass with a slight hint of corn.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, easy to drink pilsner.

A: The beer is a little hazy and is light pale yellow in color with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that quickly settled down, leaving some lacing on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of floral hops are present in the nose along with some herbal notes.
T: The taste follows the smell and has additional notes of lime and orange citrus.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is a very hop-forward pilsner and is easy to drink.
Serving type: can

Canned 05/21/20.
Two 12 oz. cans poured vigorously into a 600 ml. glass with a 1/2 inch white head over a slightly hazy, straw colored body with no lacing. Nice nose of cracker malt (very slight tropical fruit with citrus coming forward as it warms a bit from the Loral hops); and some floral attributes as well. Taste follows with a bit of fruit, but finishing slightly bitter with just a hint of spice. Good feel and overall, a nice welcoming summer quencher to be sure. Hunt, buy, drink!
Cheers to Foam for this great stab at a German Style Pilsner!

12 oz. can. Clear golden. Smells of light bread and grain, a touch of green apple, and light florals. Tastes of sharp but light grain, a bit of florals, and very faint dough. Sharp back end with a lingering hint of green apple. Light body. Drinks fine but isn't a markedly good pilsner.

Very flavorful german pilsner.
Crystal clear, light straw colored appearance with a thin white head that quickly dissipates to NOTHING (think white grape juice).
Distinctive aroma of hops and malt, along with a mildly sweetness and peppery bite in the taste.
A somewhat thin mouthfeel.
Impressive pilsner made with traditional characteristics.

pours out a glowing straw color with bright white head that quickly recedes. mellow aromas as expected, some bready malt and grassy hop scents. on palate the biscuity malts shine through and are matched by pleasant hoppy flavors of herbs, grassy hops, lemon, citrus peel. all flavors very well integrated and overall super crisp, perfect summertime beer!

This one pours a brilliantly clear straw yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like grassy and spicy hops, light breadiness, and some lemon.
Foam pretty consistently does lagers very well, and this is no exception. This is crazy crisp, with a really nice hop bite- lightly spicy, with a fresh grassy bitterness, and a light sweet breadiness. This is definitely what I want with the style.
This is light bodied, super crisp and refreshing, and very clean, with a good level of carbonation.
This is really quite good- pilsner is slowly but surely becoming one of my favorite styles.

On tap at the brewery.
This was poured into a stange.
The appearance was a glossy bright yellow color with a fair transparency about it. Mild carbonation could be seen rising to fill a finger's worth of white foamy head. This slid off mildly to barely leave any lace.
The aroma captured a fine blend of sweet biscuits, white bread, light grassy hops and a touch of lemon scent.
The flavor briskly served the sweet side pleasantly by blending the prior noted aromas. Clean brisk sweet biscuit to lemon aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation was spot on. ABV felt as projected. Super clean biscuity finish.
Overall, very nice German pilsener well worthy of having again and wouldn't mind having with it's respectable food.
